Good job, but they did not offer to change the way the door opens. It should open towards the washer, not away from it. Like refrigerators, dryers are made for the doors to be switched to open from either side fairly easily. However, it's much much easier for the installers to make this change than it is for me to make this change. They should have asked.

The installer needed the laundry sink removed to loosen the gas line, I was able to do it. The installer could not disconnect the old line with the wrenches he had. Luckily my plumber was there installing a water heater and had better wrenches. The installer did not have the fitting with him needed to connect the new line. My plumber had one with him. I then had to install the laundry tub before the dryer was put in place. Also I paid my plumber for his time.

On time delivery did a great job removing my old stackable washer and dryer and replacing it with the washer/dryer tower combo without scratching my floors. Plus it was all inside a small closet space so they got creative and made it happen. They truly are on time and keep in touch as they get close to your house.

Installation of my LG washer and dryer went well. The delivery team was careful with getting the old washer and dryer out of a tight area and left no marks. Ralph was helpful with showing operation of the washer and dryer.. Thank you Ralph and Zack!

Bad installation. Water line for the steam dyer was not hooked up also have improper vent install. This can cause huge problems had my husband not came home and saw what they did this could have cause fire in my home

Service tech did not install my Steam Hose Y Connector (Genuine Samsung Dryer Steam Hose Y Connector Installation Kit DC98-02087B ) that came with the dryer. When they were done they took off with it and only hooked up the gas line

The installers installed both the washer and the dryer incorrectly. They hooked up the cold water hose to the hot water input and the hot water to the cold water input. We ruined some clothes. They didn’t fasten the exhaust vent tube to the dryer and the dryer stopped working. When we called customer service it was absolutely horrible, they were clueless. We had appointments to fix and they said they couldn’t find them and they kept trying to give us other appointments more than a week out from our original appointments. When you complain, you got disconnected. You couldn’t speak to any type of supervisor. We had to fix on our own after we paid for installation and parts.
The two installers I had were super professional and got the W/D set installed and the old hauled away in no time. I have had my fair share of appliance installs and this team was the best so far.

Their gas dryer is perfect. I think it can be gas or electric. The automated features are easy to use and I’ve never had clothes still damp when the cycle ends. Aesthetically, the design is nice and goes well with matching washing machine.

Will never use this service again. After 3 different appt the work that took less then 30min was completed. First team said the hose purchased at best buy as the recommended size was incorrect, 2nd appt different people the service guy was not able to reach to place the dryer vent, and did not want to place the new hose for the washer machine, because the 1st team did not write it on the order. The hose was placed after numerous request, which I regreted because they didn't hold the hose up and water flooded the area. The previous service guy tested the machine with the old hose and water was still on the machine. The 3rd service guys came for the dryer vent and told me the width of the dryer hose was wrong, but had an attachment. In 30 minutes he completed the work. The 3rd team were professional and helpful. The first team had attitudes, and had no idea what they were doing, second team looking for every excuse not to finish the job. Next time I will hire my own service team.

Following a dishwasher install that went like a dream, I thought I would further my luck with a washer/dryer install. The washer/dryer install team was a completely different experience. “Joe” was not only rude but made a mess installing the washer. Clearly unsatisfied by his job, his customer service skills were more than lacking and his foul language was grossly inappropriate for use in anyone’s home. While my first install experience with BestBuy left me shocked by outstanding service, this appointment left me shocked by dreadful service. The installers left trash and water all over the floor. This review only allows for two images, but trust me... it was a mess. Never again for Best Buy because clearly good installation teams are a roll of the dice.

Installation crew was in such a hurry they smashed our dryer vent and we had to pay additional costs to get it repaired.
