I love our new stove. I didn't realize how bad our old stove worked until I used this new gas range that cut down on the time that it used to take to bake because it is do efficient. I also love the double-oven feature with one to cook at 2 different temperatures at the same time, and that there is just one oven door that opens the top oven only or open both ovens at the same time. I am looking forward to exploring the other features with great excitement!

The KitchenAid gas double oven range is absolutely perfect! Now it is easier to cook multiple items at once instead of waiting for one dish to complete then reset the oven and put in another item. Love the stainless steel look! Everything cooks much faster and even.

The installers arrived within the first hour of my time slot. Everyone had their mask on. The team leader introduced himself, check out the path and looked over the install area. He voiced his concerns, we went over the options and settled on a game plan. The oven was brought in through the garage and into the kitchen. I had to remove the door from the garage to the kitchen and slide the refrigerator into the dinning area to provide the proper clearance. The old oven was then disconnected and removed. Once in the garage, the installers removed all of the packaging and used lifting straps to move the oven into the kitchen. It was a tight fit, but the installers were able to slowly bring the oven into the house through the garage doorway. They set everything up, connected the gas and then did some testing. We went over some details and break in instructions and then parted ways.

I have been wanting a gas range in my house. I have not thought about a double oven. This gas range by GE does everything it is described to do. We have baked cakes, pies, casseroles, and cooked meats. It is really nice having the double oven and ther were put to the test.

Overall, the installation took less than 10 min, but everything was done right.

The installers were very good. The only thing is, the range stuck out 3 and 1/2 inches from the wall!!! I was told to contact a plumber to move the gas line out of the way behind the range. When the plumber arrived, he found a metal plate which the installer had screwed into the floor to anchor the range. The plumber merely removed this plate and pushed back the range. There was room in the back bottom of the range for the gas line and cable!! So I had the added expense of a plumber's visit!!!!! I hope this helps someone else with installation!

It took 3 times for the installation to get done. There was always something missing and it took forever to get it right.

Best item I have purchased in the longest time, really enjoyed it

The moment the gas stove was installed, I could hardly contain my excitement to start cooking! Its sleek, chic design instantly elevated my kitchen's look, and it cooked food to perfection. The installers arrived right on schedule, and they were incredibly professional, walking me through every single component. I have to say, their customer service was outstanding—truly awesome! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Workers from Magestic installed the gas stove. They damaged the floor and said they did not. They left packing tape on the inside of the glass window while they “burned off” the gas fumes which left a sticky mess that took 45 minutes of me scrubbing with rubbing alcohol to remove after they left. I also kept smelling gas 2 hours later, and I finally got them to come back (they wanted to return after all their other jobs were completed). I had to ask wasn’t it dangerous if gas is leaking, so they came back and put sealant on the hose connection (why they didn’t do that in the first place doesn’t make sense)! I had my propane gas provider come out to double check, and they couldn’t believe what I had gone through, and that the stove was still set up for natural gas and not propane! Super dangerous! They converted it for me, but the installers should’ve done that!

Finally, after waiting 15 days to return the defective stove, the delivery people you set out, were very efficient, hooked my stove up and gave me the best service ever contrary to the service that I’ve been getting spending hours on the phone with corporate and dispatch, it’s been a nightmare

Best stove ever! It looks great in our kitchen. All functions operating properly. Quiet running and easy to read digital display making cooking a lot more fun. The installer had a high regard for safety features during the install process. Professional and accommodating. Great job guys!

My husband is the chef and he really enjoys this new oven/stove. Great features, nice low profile in the back, able to use a wok with the additional ring to hold a wok, seems to be more energy efficient and not heat up the kitchen as much when oven being used. Still have the sous vide option to try!

Very Happy with my Kitchenaid range. Matt, the manager at the Asheville tunnel road store was so awesome to help me pick it out..explaining all the different options to me. The Installers also did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Buy!

We purchased the 4pc LG Appliance Set which included the Refrigerator, Range, Microwave & Dishwasher. The delivery & installation was on time and went quick & smoothly. I love the way the LG stainless steel appliances enhance our new kitchen. I reviewed many different appliances and LG kept coming up on top so we’re very pleased with our purchase. Btw-the weekend that we purchased the appliances from Best Buy we saved way over $2000 on that package which really was the cherry on top. We love all the features that comes with the appliances especially the see through door on the refrigerator & the dishwasher is so quiet I had to double check to make sure it was running. So if you’re looking into buying some new appliances plz don’t sleep on the LG Stainless Steel.

No leaks, install tech did a good job installing the new line.

The installers Best Buy sent to install my Zline 36” stove were very professional and did an outstanding job. Please note, make sure prior to installation that you review the stove installation specs and ensure the electrical outlet and/or gas line are in the correct wall position for the stove you purchased. If they are not in the correct position, this could delay installation. Not all stoves have the same required placement for electrical outlet/gas line. Mine were not in the correct positions for stove I purchased and I had to have them moved. This is costly. You may want to review stove instal specs before you purchase and ensure your home electrical outlet and/or gas line meets the specs.

The crew that installed my gas range were polite and extremely professional. Very efficient and were in and out, I gave them a tip of being so courteous.

i love my stove. and i waited 9 months to write a real review. so a month until having the stove one of the knobs broke they are cheaply made and after doing research a very common problem. They are the plastic ones i orders replaced metal knobs off amazon which worked completely fine. overall i’m happy of my purchase. the over in my opinion could have been a tad big bigger, im no baker or anything just noticed while cleaning.
