Works well for its size.

Bought this as it was the right size to fit an opening. Works well like a microwave should. The only thing I don’t like is the control panel is very hard to see when selecting the right button to push.

Poor Voice Control with Alexa

Not good, the door is very springy, the legs are loose and hard so any surface that has even the tiniest unlevel spot and the thing wobels but most of all my complaint is that the voice integration with Alexa is super poor. You can't tell it to add 1 minute once the microwave starts like you could with my previous Amazon Basics microwave. Only very limited voice functionality and the scan feature is worthless, I don't see the point at all. It takes longer to open the app and scan the barcode than it does just to pick a moderate setting and hit start.

I like this microwave. Only thing I don’t like is you have to press cancel if you want to open the microwave door while it’s cooking. You can’t just open it without pressing cancel.

It’s crazy how I can operate it from Alexa, when it’s connected to WiFi. It’s had a lock so that children aren’t able to play in it. I love, love, love this purchase!!!

I like this microwave. Only thing I don’t like is you have to press cancel if you want to open the microwave door while it’s cooking. You can’t just open it without pressing cancel.
