Hi I am looking to replace a GE Profile Spacemaker XL 1800 Microwave Oven. Serial Number 119622878. Could you please advise which current model replaces this, and it is built in with the same size specs. Thanks.

Some microwaves had the marketing name XL1800 printed on the control panel which indicated the cavity size (1.8 cubic feet- XL1800: JVM1840, JVM1841, JVM1842, JVM1850, JVM1851, JVM1860, JVM1861, JVM1870, JVM1871). All GE 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width, and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for your existing 30" over-the-range XL 1800 model. Comparable models are GE Profile™ 2.1 Cu. Ft. Does this microwave have to be vented out of the home?

This model comes from the factory set for outside venting, however, it has a non-vented installation option; it can be converted to recirculating venting. JVM1750SMSS: 29 7/8"W x 16 13/32"H x 15 1/4"D. All 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width, and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. Each microwave comes with the mounting hardware (mounting bracket, screws, exhaust adapter), top and rear templates, and installation instructions needed to make installation a simple process.
