This is the perfect size for me. I have only had this for two months now. No issues. Love that it’s frost free, I can see everything at glance. No more finding hidden old treasures at the bottom of freezer. My only complaint is that I wish the open door alarm was much louder. I have my freezer in the garage. One of my grandkids did not shut the door properly and was left open all night. I can only hear the alarm if I am in the garage.

So far so good, the only issue is that door seals so good it's hard to open. This is a very nice freezer.

We love it. We bought this freezer to replace an old one that needed to go to the freezer graveyard. The delivery team was right on time, courteous, and efficient. The interior is laid out well, making it easy to organize and store our frozen goods. It is very quiet and energy efficient, and we like the temperature display and adjustment on the front of the door.

This upright freezer fits our needs. It has a nice interior layout and is very well lit. A couple of minor issues: The first is with the locking mechanism; it seems to be misaligned a bit and is somewhat difficult to lock and unlock. The second issue is when the door is opened and shut, if you try to immediately open the door again it is very difficult to do. It is almost as if a vacuum has been formed. I must pull extra hard to get the door to open. However, if I wait a few minutes, the door will open easily.

It is fine so far. Right size. I had to spend time removing tape from the shelves and leveling it. But that is expected.

So far it's been a really good freezer. It stays cold, and when you open it, you can see the condensation, meaning it is super cold. I am hoping that this freezer will continue to work for over 10 years like our last freezer did. It is exactly what my mom was looking for.

Works as described by Best Buy and manufacturer. Item arrived earlier than expected by friendly and professional delivery staff who unpacked the freezer and installed it exactly were desired. Provided some helpful information on the freezer operation, checked it to ensure it was working properly before leaving and took all of the cardboard and packaging materials. Upright freezer works very well and holds a significant amount of food for its relatively modest size. I have had it for about a month and very happy with it so far.

This freezer doesn’t take up a lot of room In my garage, yet it holds quite a lot of food. I love the fact that it is upright as opposed to a chest freezer as all of the food is easily accessible. Also, it is built to withstand the extreme warm or cold temperatures in a garage. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great freezer for my garage. This freezer has lots of space and easy organization. I especially appreciate the alert that it has to remind you the door is open.

I just received this replacement freezer from a 19 year old GE 14 cubic upright manual defrost. On the positive it cooled down to zero degrees in less than 4 hours in a 96 degree garage. However, I don't like the overly tight seal. Every time I open it the whole freezer moves and it's very difficult to open. It is suppose to be the same size as my previous model, but I really don't think it holds as much!

It was bought as a garage freezer and is doing its job. Door control is nice -- no need to open it to adjust settings. Internal light is effective, frost free function is nice in our humid area. Feet are very smooth and the floor is slippery because of epoxy coating, so the unit can slide some when I pull on the door to open it.

We needed a freezer and had been shopping around when we found this great freezer at Best Buy that met our needs and was a perfect fit for our house. We are very happy with this purchase.

I had ordered 2 other feezers which took. 2 months for delivery. Ultimately I had to cancel each of those orders. When I ordered this freezer it was in stock and was delivered ahead of schedule. I was and am very impressed with the quality and size of this freezer. It has exceeded my expectations and was a an excellent purchase. I highly recommend this freezer.

This freezer works beautifully. We put it in the dining room instead of the garage because we live in a very hot climate and were afraid that it would get hotter in the garage than what the freezer is rated for. We put it down to -6F and it keeps things frozen SOLID. Ice cream is almost impossible to scoop! It’s doing a great job and we have tons of extra freezer space now.
