My freezer was missing a part, one of the legs to balance it. I received the run around trying to get to the correct area to order the part. Hopefully, I will receive the part!

Couldn’t be put into our basement because the freezer couldn’t go horizontal under our addition and down the cellar steps. Delivery men refused delivery (rightly so).
