I would have given them 5 stars because I really like the size, perfect for Gramma and Grampa and the grandbabies. My only issue was having to argue with customer service about their inability to do a price match with their own product.

Unit was exactly as advertised and functions well. Temperature range, as measured with internal thermometer, was perfect. 0 degrees nominal, 21 degrees high (defrosting), and -5 degrees low during recovery.

After a few months, been very happy with the freezer. Great storage capacity and keeps things cold.

My chest freezer is not able to store all of my frozen foods so I bought this upright freezer and I am so happy I did. It has a lot of storage and shelves. And there is a digital display outside. I do not have to open the freezer to adjust temperature if needed. And best of all, it is energy efficient. My energy bill is almost the same.

I bought this awesome upright freezer about 2 weeks before Christmas (2023). I absolutely LOVE it. I'm so glad I went ahead and bought it...takes the stress off of me trying to get enough room in my reg refrigerator freezer. The Best apart about it...especially just before our family get together on Christmas Day, is that I was able to prep so many things beforehand and just took all of them out to thaw on the morning of Christmas Eve Day. Also, with the holiday over, I'm able to hit the meat sales and stock up. Win Win for me and alleviated stress.

We bought the new freezer to replace a similar model that was about ten years old. The old one still worked but would freeze up more often that desired. The new one works very well and we like the outside control panel so we can verify the temp is what it needs to be. Plus, it has the alarm feature if the door is left open too long. So far so good!

I really love the frost free freezer. I love the size, very spacious, quiet no noise, control panel is on the outside of the door. I don't regret the price i paid. Overall EXCELLENT!!!

I had a smaller freezer before this one. The size is great and the storage areas are well placed.

Using in my garage. Other than an issue with my garage wiring and GFCI, this freezer has been great and a perfect addition to our food storage needs and organization. I definitely prefer the upright model and it freezes wonderfully in my super hot Florida garage.

My only complaint is the door on the freezer. It is very hard to open. I owned a GE freezer (almost the same style) for 20+ years and never had a problem with the door. This is the second one I ordered from Best Buy. The door on the first one was much more difficult to open. Not much improvement on the second one. If GE would read the buyer's complaints they will see many complaints about the door problem. This should be corrected.

This freezer is exactly as advertised. It is well built and has performed as expected. The wife and i love it! Space and shelves for everything.

All the little skeptical about this freezer because I had a Sears for the last 19 years and it just went out. But this freezer OMG it’s the bomb. I love all the different settings and it freezes right away. Yes I’m going to miss my old one by Sears, but this is one is the cream of the crop. And when I say the cream of the crop, I mean it was budget friendly. I would recommend this freezer to everybody. In fact I did recommend it to my son who has five kids and they need extra freezer.

I wanted a freezer that wasn't too small or too large. This was the right size for my needs. I like the temperature control on the door.

Wonderful freezer for the garage. We almost bought the next smaller size, but this one is perfect for our needs. Taking advantage of food sale prices will help to offset the cost of this item in just a few years, while ensuring that we have sufficient food on hand. Best price we found too.

I love the freezer. It works great, keeps food frozen, and the frost-free makes it so much easier. The alarm that goes off if freezer is not working is also great. My only problem with the freezer is the handle, it broke making it extremely difficult to open the freezer as the opening method is at the top of the door which is taller than I am.

very spacious freezer. I just wish it had larger spaces on the door to hold loaves of bread, otherwise satisfied.

This is a very nice, spacious and great freezer in our garage. It is a lot bigger than our other upright, great quality and exactly what we were looking for. I LOVE the settings on the outside of the door making it easier to know if the unit has power or a breaker flipped. Highly recommend.

So far very happy, only time will tell, i'm told all computer chip freezers don't have long life, this freezer replacing 45 yr old Sears Coldspot, may it rest in peace

This is a great freezer that is spacious with an outside temperature control. It also has an alarm should the freezer loose power.
