Just bought & installed on Saturday, then found to be a defect, one of four burner does not work :( Bestbuy says I can return it but... it's already attached on my countertop. what the.... Tried to contact GE if they can repair, then found they don't answer calls during weekend. Their online schedule shows the earlier repair service would be available after 2 weeks.... what a disaster!!! The other 3 burners are working so I guess I will have to wait 2 weeks to use it as it should be used. I like the color and the design.... but I do not like the service availability.

This unit replaced an older unit. Burners are quick to start and stop. Disappointed in what appears to be hard to remove watermarks and scratches or smudges. Also crumbs gather at the edges and are hard to clean away.
