The stovetop is great. I have had trouble with the oven heating evenly. Other than that it's great, easy to use and clean

it came with no instructions on how to work the controls. Thus i do not know how to lower the heat in the oven. And Not happy with the service I received. Will not buy from Best buy again.

Door did not close correctly. Best Buy could not "adjust" the door and is shipping a whole new unit! What a waste! Don't know how well the oven works.

It is easy to use. Difficult to go into any detail as I do not cook that often. I basically use the burners and roast or bake items in the oven. So far, so good as everything is working well.

Decent, basic gas range. Cooks well, but seems like it loses a lot of heat out of the vent under the clock. Best Buy took weeks to deliver because they hire a vendor to bring it to you and install it [have to be gas certified]. I had a similar problem with another company, so before I bought from Best Buy, I called to see if they did their own installation. I was assured that they did and was told all of their Geek Squad was gas certified. The guys who installed did NOT work for Best Buy directly. It took three appointments before they actually showed up to install the appliance.

Use these stoves all the time for different apartments. They are inexpensive and tend to last a while. Best Buy has the easiest purchase and delivery system in place.

Its been 1yr and 5 months since I bought this stove for my mom, she does keep oven clean but there is some rusting showing up on the corners as well as the side panel. Seems like you get what you pay for :(
