Ordering process was the worst ever, multiple chats and hours with poor data entry on the chat support including them inputting the wrong address and adding on items not requested for purchase. Scheduling was bad as well due to poor listening skills and attention to details given via chat multiple times. The oven was bad and had a gas leak, which then needed to be returned. Again BB scheduled an incorrect address for pickup, so that had to be corrected. When the 3 party pickup company arrived they showed the serial number didn't match and had to call back to their supervisors and best buy for training on how the serial numbers can be slightly off. I bought a replacement from Lowes 2 days prior ordered and had it delivery without incident for $35 more. Never buy from best buy again, worst experience I've ever had. They have apparently changed their service quality and professionalism from what it has been for 15 years to low cost call/chat centers and sub par 3rd party vendors. Never best buy, shop lowes or anyplace else.

The stove was damaged very badly and the burners did not even light up. I am very disappointed in Best buy that they delivered a defective/non working Stove product to a regular customer. No one even bother to check the item before packing it. There is a case number for this 315-756-301. We hope best buy will provide us discount on this 4 weeks worth of delays and multiple trips to our premise.

The unit is ok but the installation was unsatisfactory and unprofessional. The gas valve was connected but carelessly left loose. The kitchen smelled gas leak, creating an emergency situation but no help to be found from Best Buy.

oven temperature & thermostat is wildly inaccurate & inconsistent. set the oven to 350 get at-least 400+ set it to 300 get over 360. Temperature is erratic and not consistent, so NO way to plan your cooking temps or times. 1st range had these deficiencies, warrantee people no showed & was replaced-alas with the same problems. Additionally, when the oven is on you can see the glow of the flames on the floor below which is very disconcerting. Extremely poor range even at its bargain basement price

If you are following your recipe times and temperatures carefully and your new oven is too hot or too cold, you can adjust the temperature yourself to meet your specific cooking preference. This was an okay stove for three years. Nothing great but usable until three years in. I rarely use the oven except for frozen pizza twice a week. As I was taking a pizza out this week the whole right side of the door fell off leaving me holding a hot door that would not shut. After it cooled off I was able to get in back in somewhat but the bracket is broken and since it no longer shuts and will just fall back off I can no longer use it. A stove should last longer than three years.

I am surprised to see so many good reviews. This is a cheap stove that this easily. The burners are slippery and pans try to slide off. I never use the oven because of the chemical smell. they told us to burn it for 3 minutes and it would be good to use. We tried multiple times. The smell doesn't go away and it's toxic. I now use my toaster oven for baking and broiling. I'm about to put this piece of junk at the curb.
