While the actual stove is a good product I was extremely dissatisfied with Best Buy’s delivery. I was told I would be credited due to the multiple huge dents left from the delivery and never was.

I like my range but the corner was chipped and dented after got the packing material off. I tried to just now now send photos but it said "upload failed" also you need a local phone number

Either all white or all black (black was not available?) Best Buy wouldn't price match. Oven temp cooks way to fast and way too hot. Grates are too tall and too slick. They easily move out of place. You would have to stand on your head or lay in the floor to broil anything.

We appreciate hearing your feedback about the grates and broiler drawer. The grates will become slightly less slippery over time but we would still recommend that you hold onto the pot or pan handle when stirring the food inside to keep that cookware from sliding. - There is an article on our website that may help with the oven temperature issue, that article is titled "WALL OVEN AND RANGES - COOKING TOO SLOW OR TOO FAST." I would like the company to give me a new range. I had it for 3-4 months before we started having trouble. Due to Covid I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. When I was able to get a repair it was unsuccessful and I had to pay for someone to do the work.

Never thought a stove could be unsatisfactory but it happened. Landlord biught this cheap one from here and you have to buy separately the brouler hardware. I thought it was missing but it doesn’t come with it per the customer service rep at GE. The worst part about this is the stove top grate. It is designed with a curve and the pot and pans easily slide around. Its very dangerous.
