The delivery guy told me the book (manual) for the range was in the lower drawer of the range which it wasn’t according to my dad. He also said someone went wrong with the item to remove the old range. He told me he would call me back today with an appointment date which he did not do. He also said my brother & dad will have it taken care of. I rather the delivery guys go back & haul the old range away.

This wasn't the range I thought. It is okay but hard to keep the surface clean and the burners don't work as expected as far as the sensor with pots being on the burner

This said, we would like to apologize for aspects of this range that did not meet your expectations. To clean burned-on residue, allow the cooktop to cool. Then, spread a few drops of ceramic cooktop cleaner on the entire burned area, and use a non-scratch cleaning pad to rub the residue area. For more information on cleaning techniques, we highly recommend checking out page 22 of your range’s “Use and Care Manual”.
