Good working stove besides self cleaning option not functional when I received it ! Love the griddle option but noticed handle crack when it was delivered.

Got this to replace another lower end GE range from the 90’s. It’s pretty low quality build in general. Some poor coatings, especially on the griddle plate. Screws misaligned, not fully screwed in, or just missing entirely. Outer frame askew, as well as the broiler drawer being askew and warped. Stainless finish marks easily.

Poorly manufactured, screws falling out as I opened the box. Screws missing in several places in the back and not attached wherevit should be. The installers did not install wrong tools to do connection

This gas range is nice looking, but the buzzer is super low. When getting the oven preheated you can barely hear when it is ready. And when the timer goes off it is like someone turned the volume down and put a pillow in front of it. Oh, and when using the oven it puts out some crazy heat. Like there is no insulation at all on the sides or back. Just walking by while cooking a pizza it is like getting blasted with a flame thrower. The oven I got rid of wasn't as bad as this one and it was an older model (electric). And my fiancé's oven (gas, other brand, cheaper and white in color) is better at keeping heat in and not out. Nowhere near the amount of heat that comes out as this one.

The cast iron grates are not seasoned correctly and they rust immediately after cleaning it. Even using the right cleaning products (GE says mild soap and water) it immediately started looking dirty and rusty. I have had to watch numerous videos and do extensive research on how to clean rust off, how to season and oil and bake the grates. Nightmare. I never wanted all this extra work.

I guess it does an alright job cooking but the griddle just gets in the way vs. adding value. It gets so hot it melted the door popper on my microwave and now I have to open microwave with a screwdriver. We are gonna have to rip it out and install a range hood instead and find a place in our cramped kitchen for our microwave. The microwave is installed to spec with respect to distance between stove and microwave.

Please let the people installing the item really come install the items anywhere they go installing the item was very hard things inside the item has to be changed

Excellent gas stove. Would higly recommend. Been using for couple of months now without any issues.

I did not care for the quality of this range. It also made a loud t sound whenever I turned the oven on.

After having this for less than 5 months, I can no longer reccomend. It turns off in the middle of cooking with no warning. Happens often.

Heat from burners are not enough to cook the food. Bake and broil work good but top burners do not work as expected.

No conventional option for baking, grill located too low to use it.

Oven wouldn't heat up after a year of use...............................

Stove was delivered and installed October 5th. There were missing parts that I did not receive until a month later. Now here it is thanksgiving and I turn the over on to put the turkey in and error code F3 comes on and the oven no longer works. I do not recommend this product, does it look nice from the outside yes, but nothing but issues with this stove.

I purchased this item and received it late but it was a good stove when I received it.

I purchased this stove mostly because it featured dishwasher safe grates. I've always hated trying to get those cleaned. I also chose the steam clean thinking I could use that and when I had cooked on grease to remove, I could use a chemical oven cleaner. I found out afterwards that the grates are dishwasher safe if they have a ceramic coating on the bottom. Of course, the one I bought does not, and the video about it made me think that all models would have this feature. There was no "on selected models in the video. Then when I first cleaned the oven, I read the manual, and it says that chemical cleaners can damage the inside of the oven and should not be used. I would not purchase this stove again.

I purchased this in the beginning of August. It was delivered and qhen we hooked it up eveything was fine until I turned the oven on. The electric went off. The burners work since they are gas, but I currently have no oven until they replace it. I was told it was on backorder and will have to wait until September 11th. We asked to get a different one rather than going without and oven that long and were told we would have to pay the difference if so. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Well, this range is great, except for the fact that it heats the house more than our forced air heater. No kidding, this thing heats up the house in no time. Our previous range was 20 years old, but at least it was heating the food, and not the house.

Bought in March and middle burner failed after using once. This is unacceptable. The GE service guy is here right now and he cannot figure out why the middle burner doesn't operate. Gas is flowing, the spark mechanism operates but still no fire. I'm disappointed and will NOT purchase another GE product.
