Beautiful! Only used twice since installing. But, think it’s going to be worth the effort of choosing it to go with other appliances. One downside is exposed side does not have finished panel like old stove. Only see ugly side since installed. Online information/pictures deceive the eye.

Poorly made. The oven door trim is falling off and we haven’t used the oven once. Came like that when they delivered it. It looks like the adhesive is coming undone. We don’t want to use the oven in the event that the heat will completely melt the glue off. Other than that the stove works okay.

Less than two months and the middle grill is getting damage only used sponge to clean nothing else other than that good stove. Is just that my issue

The steam clean option doesn't do much. This replaced an older stove that had self cleaning and honestly, next purchase will be self clean. Nice looking stove, but grates are super hard to keep clean. Cooks evenly and good size burners. Not sure this will last as the one I replaced a Whirlpool.

The price is right but the quality is suspect. Looks good but feels cheap. Broiler on bottom is inconvenient at best and no storage.

My mom loved the stove. However, the service she received was terrible. The gentlemen who came to deliver it didn't want to help her install it, telling her it wasn't their job. And when I bought it, that was the first thing I asked, since it was a gift for my mom. When I bought it, they told me not to worry, they would install it. They just delivered it and left it in the living room.

I am very frustrated with Best Buy. I purchased this range from the Covington La store. The installation was not done correctly. The stove had issues. I had to have the stove replaced. So that was 2 days we had to adjust our work schedule to be home. The new ranges clock does not keep accurate time. I made an appointment and someone came out to ask me to spend a pic of the time being off. They wasted a trip and nothing was fixed. Last week we had an appointment for it to be repaired. The appointment was cancelled by Best Buy.i was out of town working and had to make special arrangements for someone to be at my home. We rescheduled for this week. This appointment was just cancelled by Best Buy. We have spent way too much time on the phone with Best Buy on hold or in the store dealing with issues with new purchases.

The range is nice but need more instruction on how to work it. Some buttons not working that or I’m using it wrong very complicated without instructions. Delivery person went so quick in setting it up that my mother didn’t catch on I was at work, so therefore we need an instruction guide.

Love the look of the stove. Use the over the first day and the left side got extremely hot. Moved my fridge farther away from the stove. Had a GE tech come out and said after using the oven a few times it might compress the seal and hold heat a little better but other than that I would have to change it in for another stove or get use to extremely hot side of stove. Not to happy for the price.

The broiler is NOT part of the main oven as in models I’ve had before. It is in the door below and very small. Difficult to reach in with out burning yourself and only accommodates a very small pan. The oven works well and it looks nice. The appliance was installed wrong by Best Buy which caused a gas leak. customer service after the install was TERRIBLE. PGE had to come out and shut off the gas. Best Buy only had to say “No one is coming out today to fix it” They never came out and was impossible to get a call back PGE says they won’t reconnect the stoves anymore them because they get so many calls For gas leaks after Best Buy installs.

Bought this to replace a older stove it looks nice I like it because it has a fifth grill burner. I did notice the metal on the stove was thin. I do think its over price.

Just know ahead of time that the lower drawer is not a drawer, its a broil oven. So get on hands and knees to broil stuff.

We are sorry to hear you aren't happy with the location of the broil element. The broiler is located at the bottom of the oven. It has a drop-down broiler drawer; it is not a storage drawer. The rack inside slides forward (similar to upper oven) to aid in accessibility and visibility of food. The large broiler pan (part number WB48X10056) will fit in the broiler drawer on the JGBS66REKSS. The broil rack (WB48X26677) down in the broiler compartment measures 17.5" wide x 14" deep. The WB48X10056 measures 16 1/2" x 12 3/4". Thank you! We bought this stove for my mother-in-law right before Christmas and so far she likes it except the grates seem to sit a lot higher than her old stove. When I finally saw it firsthand, she explained that it takes a little while to cook, heat up water and other things by looking at the grates they do sit on the outer side a little weirdly angled. I contacted GE but they do not offer any other ones that sit lower. Thinking of calling bezt but to see if we need to switch it out.

It’s pretty. It’s easy to clean. However, it takes FOR. EV. ERRRR to heat up ! It’s ridiculous. Even the convection is slow. I don’t know if mine is broken, but I had to switch this one for a gas one that was originally delivered. I just didn’t feel like switching anything again or waiting for another delivery. So be it. I’ll deal. But yeah I mean it works once it heats up !

Decent looking oven but does not come with a cooking grate for center burner- only grill. And the broiler does not pull out like a drawer on bottom. The broiler door only hinges open & closed. Very difficult and dangerous to use.
