Have now had 2 separate deliveries and installation with liquid propane conversion and both times the oven portion has failed to work adequately. First time the flames were almost 6 inches tall. 2nd time the igniter failed to light the flames. Both times Best Buy has claimed the range was defective and have placed return and reinstallation. Frustrated to not have a working unit in almost a month now. Only giving 2 stars as the stove top is at least functional..

The gas stove price at Best Buy is the same as at Lowe's. However, additional fees can be surprising. For instance, installation costs $199.99 at Best Buy versus $189.99 at Lowe's, and haul-away services are $59.99 at Best Buy compared to $40 at Lowe's. Additionally, my local Lowe's store offers a $180 store credit, while Best Buy provides only a $100 store credit. Bestbuy tricked me to buy the item from them, because the real hidden cost is that Best Buy does not mention the gas inspection permit fee (I thought Bestbuy doesn't charge the fee, so I think Bustbuy price is best choice for me), which ends up being $175 in Bestbuy compared to Lowe's $166. As a result, Best Buy charges $119 more than Lowe's overall. I spent so much money on the gas stove in Bestbuy, the gas inspection person was careless and didn't even try to detect any gas leak using an equipment. I would recommend the specific gas stove but don't buy it from Bestbuy.

I am not sure if I am satisfied with this product. It did not come with the conversion kit I need for LP gas. I have been working with GE to resolve this but after three weeks I still don't have the conversion kit I need.

Range is nice but i had to return mine because the oven had 30-40 degree heat swings (this is in idle when it claims its at the specified temp), not when the burner is on). its burnt, or close to, everything i baked. Not part of the review, but 15 day return policy is ridiculous. I'll be buying my appliances elsewhere.

i am giving a 2 star review because im hoping it will work fine if we ever receive it. we purchased it from the johnstown pa store on Jan 22 and were to expect it Feb 5th. It was put on back order but we were never told this. Our son found this out on the 5th, he was then told the 10th. we are still waiting, as i am writing this on the 13th we were now told it will be in on the 21st of Feb. time will tell. thats a month with no range. not a good business model in our opinion. i would recommend the range but not our best buy.
