I love GE products but when I got it home I noticed that the upper door will not close all the way. So I got it replaced. When the second one came the same problem. I called the service center to report this problem. The young lady told me that I might have to use the pre cleaning a few time so that the gasket can go down. I did set up an appointment for a service person can come out to see the problem. I’m sorry this is a new oven shouldn’t have to have a service person come out to fix a problem. We will see

I wish I had read more reviews. Both ovens are 25 degrees low and the top oven does not cook evenly. I have to turn the cookie sheet half way through the bake. Burners seem good tho. It also smells faintly of gas. We have had it for a few weeks and a tech is coming Tuesday. Very disappointing. Especially since it took Best Buy 2 months to get it to us. The first two had dents and then the delivery people didn’t have that we paid for the gas hook up. Each time I had to spend 30 min a phone call to get it straightened out and every time they were backed up so we had to wait another 3 weeks for the fix. Zero stars for Best But delivery and hook up.

This was installed a little over a year ago and the upper oven is leaking gas. Called a plumber out (it's not the connections) and now I have to call an appliance repair person to see if it can be fixed. Not safe. Would not recommend it.

It's a gas oven. Why does it use so much electricity? Also the air-fryer feature is nothing like an real air fryer

Its 1 1/2 years old and gas burners are already messing up.

Had to replace this as the oven was off by more than 100 degrees. In fact both ovens not working correctly. Only destroyed one meal burned to a crisp. Installlers apparently do not check to see if sppliances are working before keaving.

We purchased new oven thermometers to test the oven temperature in each oven and both ovens are off by 100 degrees less then the temperature set. We tested about 20 minutes after we turned on the ovens and set temperatures. We call Best Buy and they are calling us on June 3rd to set up a service call.
