My old range burned out, and I was dealing with an extremely sick pet who was consuming most of my time, energy, and money. Stove was delivered, I was impressed that the installers leveled it, and I was happy. The few times I used it I noticed that when I push the buttons, the plate that the buttons are mounted on seems to get pushed in, like the plate the buttons are on isn't attached to the stove, I also noticed that the top seems to float on the frame. If I push on the top, it actually goes down and bounces up, like it's loose or something. I also noticed believe it or not chips in the top, less than a month after getting it which I cannot understand how they got there. If you have a timer set, you cannot use the clock. Pretty lame. I honestly wish I never bought this stove, and really wish I went with the Frigidaire I really wanted. All in all a big disappointment, quality, and build wise. I don't recommend this stove, and if I wasn't so preoccupied with a sick pet, I would have returned this boat anchor if I had the time to

Day one, oven wasn’t getting up to temp. It was an exact 50° lower than what it was set to. I noticed a lot of heat coming out of the top of the door…obviously we got a lemon with a bad seal. The outside of our oven was 202°!!! Thank goodness our little boy didn’t touch it!! Also the oven racks do not fit right inside the oven. The right side is off enough that you have to pound the rack in if you want to switch levels.

I feel implored to share my wife's horrible experience with our lowes delivery driver. The young man implied we had a nest of roaches under our stove and was about to refuse to install the new stove. My wife woke me from my slumber so I could articulate to the gentlemanthat we had never had roaches and if in fact he thought we did he could kindly show me proof. At this point he searched and searched until he produced what I could only say looked to be some sort of beetle. Short story long. He installed my stove and in doing so stole my wife's pleasurable experience of owning her new stove. Shame on you Jose if that is even your real name.

Ordered my product on 12/30/24. Still don’t have it on January 15, so can’t review the range I purchased. Delivery process nightmare. Yes, bad weather been issue, but too many phone calls from delivery service people not at my home Best Buy. Automated system phone issues. Lack of communication. Was to have range and microwave rescheduled a second time for delivery yesterday. Delivery truck said to be stuck in snow an hour away from store and here. They could deliver microwave by car, which they did and installed. Geek squad guys were great. Apologetic, pleasant, and efficient. Said I’d receive a call about rescheduling delivery of stove. I called in this morning. Told range on backorder, so another week delay. Why backorder if there was one on the truck that was supposed to be delivered yesterday? Know weather is some factor here, but the delivery process stinks. Poor communication between store/delivery people/delivery concierge service.

This stove looks so cheap i almost thought someone made a substtution! Sharp edges and only steam clean! No self clean! I dont think i will ever buy an appliance ftom best buy again. Said it was marked down from a thousand bucks. Ha! That is a big fib! Really chintzy and ugly looking. Not a quality look

They charged me illegally for a cord that we didn’t even request and said it was being provided at no extra cost, but then they charge charged for a cord, and I had to dispute the charge with the bank because they committed credit card fraud

We are glad to assist with the burners of your range. If the top burners do not work but the clock does work, the power cord connection of the unit may be wired improperly. We suggest contacting your installer for further assistance. You can also check the circuit breaker or fuse in the home that supplies power to the range. Make sure the power cord is not loose and is plugged into the wall outlet snugly. Please review the article titled “Electric Range - Surface Burners Not Heating or Working” on the GE Appliances website.

Stove is good. 3 month delay after being told they had them in stock in two nearby warehouses was very frustrating. Went from 1 week to over 3 month delivery. Best Buy needs to change the system. Overselling can be avoided .

This has got to be the worst stove ever! From the beginning takes forever to heat the pots, iven does not cook evenly and cosmetics wise its all scratched within the month! After 6 months the large front burner stopped working waiting on service.
