This is a nice looking range with some nice features, especially the convection roast options. The burners heat up very quick so be careful as you learn how to properly adjust your heat settings. What I don't like about this range is the cooktop surface, it is apparently constructed of poor quality materials and is painstakingly hard to keep clean. we previously owned another GE range which was about 20 years old and much easier to keep clean. For this reason, I'm not a fan of this range after using it for six months and would consider replacing it had the other appliance not being of the same GE brand. I'm not sure of the quality of the manufactures but, I would not recommend this especially at the current price point. Please see photo of one the burners that we can NOT clean.

I have no issues with the stove. It heats fast, simple to use. Smaller oven doesn't heat up the kitchen. My issue is with the geek squad delivery. I asked them to level my stove, and he said it comes pre-leveled. Well da...that doesn't mean my tile is level. I insisted he check it, so he got a level that won't fit on the glass top, and moved it around until it was level and took a picture. Of course everything in a frying pan slid to one side. I leveled it myself. inexperienced kids were doing the deliveries. You get what you pay for.

the oven is great! however the service at best buy was terrible. They took it to the back to wrap it up and asked me to wait up front. Nearly an hour goes by when the worker up front pages the back. They had totally forgotten that i was waiting for it.

The No-Preheat Air Fry works, but not super fast. The top does get stained easily and impossible to clean. The dual ovens is nice. I would be nice if there were pans under the heating elements to catch drips - otherwise its hard to clean.

We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share this with our teams. For the No-Preheat Air Fry we recommend using a rack position that places your food in about the center of the oven. For thicker foods, or if you notice foods cooking too quickly, try a lower rack position. To cook packaged foods using the air fry mode, use traditional oven cooking instructions for the temperature and cook time. But remember, don't preheat!

Lower oven is very hard to put items in or take out.Upper oven doesn't have convection...really wished ot did.The stove top is very difficult to keep clean and has a ridge around it thet catches debris. We have to vacuum the stovetop. The keyboard is difficult to read not setup very well.All in all pretty disappointed with this oven.Was hoping for better quality product.

The first day when we used it the heating element left a discoloration on a burner. I don’t think it heats true to temp. Pizzas come out soggy unless we do convection and the top gets too brown. Maybe it’s just a learning curve, but so far I’m not overly impressed.

The bottom over is baking tooo hot. Due to this cakes are sinking in the middle.

Hello Jenn - Thank you for choosing GE Appliances and providing a review on your range. It is disappointing to hear about the trouble you have had as it must be aggravating. When using cookware on your cooktop, make sure the bottom is flat and does not have any burrs. Rough metals last cast iron are more likely to cause small scratches. We also recommend cleaning the surface regularly with a cleaning cream such as Ceramabryte. We hope this helps and that you keep in touch. - John@GEAppliances

We bought this stove/oven less than a year ago. Since we've gotten it, the front left burner didn't work 1/2 the time unless you kept turning it off/on. Now it doesn't work at all. Went to Best Buy and they refused to help us while there. Told us we had to contact the Geek Squad (aren't they there, too???). However, it's less than a year old, so doesn't it fall under GE warranty? Geek Squad phone number won't even let you through if you don't have serial number, which when I'm at work, I don't have. So, now we keep postponing this due to needing to go home and find that information in order to get through on the phone. This is so frustrating.

It looks nice but I would love to read the user manual. How can I get one since the installers did not leave one? They said there was not one in the box. I’ll rate higher once I get one.
