Love having the double over. The top over heats up so much faster & you don’t have to cook items so long

Top is easily scratched. But love everything else.

I love this range. I am a professional chef and I bought this open box so got a great price. I cannot see ever buying a range at the retail tag price well because it makes no sense to me. This oven is great especially for the price I paid. The convection is great! I especially love the double oven which makes my life so much easier! It’s an easy cleaner. It does not have steam cook but fret not you can always just steam cook the old way which is what I do. This range doesn’t have everything I would want in a range so it won’t get 5 stars but it’s a great appliance and works well. Cooks evenly and performs as expected. Do yourself a favor but an open box or a great sale price and make sure you get a protection plan well unless you like replacing an item every couple of years or spending money on repairs and then that’s good too I guess. They just don’t make them like they used to.

This range has only had some limited use. So far, so good. Purchased a glass top silicone cover to protect the top when not in use, and so far no scratches. Have only used the top over for a casserole or two, but it appears to be working as it should. The rack setup for the upper oven is a bit of a pain, not quite enough space for pulling the rack out easily. The lower oven is not exactly ergonomically designed, as it seems to be almost too low. However, we'll never use it to cook a turkey or anything too heavy, so we're not to worried. The stainless steel attracts fingerprints, like all stainless steel. Overall we call it good.

Bought this oven from best buy was exited to get it delivered when it showed up it was damaged. They had to take it back so we didnt have an oven for christmass. We just got the replacement and i could not be happier. Great oven double oven are amazing easy to use and bake two diffrent things at the same time air fry is a must.

So far so good. Having the double oven is really nice and it’s our first flat top stove. Looks great too. Preheats very quickly. Would be nice if it had two timers, one for each oven, but we manage with one. One thing to watch out for is that BB might not give you a current model with the No Preheat Air Fry feature. It’s right in the title of the appliance but the one they gave us was two iterations old and didn’t have that feature. Luckily they took $250 off the price when we brought it up to them after delivery and they had no replacements in stock. Make sure yours has that feature before the delivery people leave your house.

Bought 2 units and 1 went bad within 6 months after purchase. But, item was repaired under manufacture warranty.

Have really enjoyed this Oven for the past 10 months. Having the dual oven is really a life saver for putting a bunch of food on the table in a hurry! Unfortunately, one of the top burners stopped working in the past week. Called Customer Service today, and have a tech scheduled to come in 2 days (in my opinion, that is pretty quick). We'll see how it goes from here, but I've not yet had a negative experience dealing with Best Buy and any warranty issues.

Overall my wife likes this oven. Here are issues/dislikes. - The hot surface light stays on (sometimes for days) (this is a common issue apparently). - The air fryer also takes longer to cook than our smaller one (makes sense given the volume difference). - Also had to spend $40+ on surface cleaners to protect the surface from build up/scratches. not sure if this is typical for the glass surface ovens, but I wasn't too happy about an additional expense I wasn't expecting. Those are the issues concerns we have, I still gave it 4 stars. Wife is still happy with it overall. Used the dual oven feature on the 3rd day and was so happy about it. If you want this type of oven, these were the only concerns we've had, and are still happy with it.

PRICEY - but beautiful appliance, truly, inside and out. Easy set-up. Oven temp seems off. I think I read somewhere that I can adjust it - not sure why that is necessary. 350 should be 350, right? The stovetop scratches something fierce. My old one didn't nearly as much-I would just wash it down normally. I have to "polish" this one just to get it back right. The lower oven is loooowwwww. You don't realize how low it truly is until you have to straddle the open oven door and handle a turkey all at the same time! Little challenging, but understandable. ha ha I love the different size burner options. The knobs are easy to read and turn. The top vs. bottom oven controls are easy to read and distinguish which one you are turning on/off. I love that the "hot" warning light is at the front of the stovetop where you can easily see it - and that it's bright so you can't miss it. The timer sound is a pleasant chime. We've only had it a month now, so I'm still learning it. Price and the excessive scratchy top kept it from 5*.

Smooth top, eh, yes and no. It's smooth but it's textured with dots. (This is the only way I can explain it). It's seems to prevent me from cleaning it completely even with the straight edge razor cleaner, I did not have this problem with my previous smooth top even after 25 years. Also, I am very disappointed with the steam clean feature. I don't even bother, just use oven cleaner. My old one incinerated everything in sight on the clean cycle. I gave it a 4 because I do love the double oven and the convection. It works perfect just doesn't clean up that great.

My wife loves this over. Didnt need to do an entire kitchen reno to get a double oven. Like the fact it has a built in air fryer

Works great and very convenient as a double oven. Love the stove top, that you can choose your burner size. 2 minor drawbacks: there is a very small channel running between the cook-top and the edge and particles get trapped in there and then it really stand out requiring some diligent scrutiny to get clean. The other, at least in our home, is the cook-top is a dust magnit like I have never seen!

I really like my new stove. It's great to have 2 ovens. The small oven works most of the time since we are mostly cooking for just the two of us. I miss having a drawer at the bottom for storage. The lower racks in the bottom oven are pretty close to the floor so you must be able to bend over.

I like it, but its very crazy how the heat of the airfryer hits your face. I still need to figure a way to open it without the slap on the face. I love the smaller over perfect for my cakes.

I love this oven. I've always dreamed of having a double oven but never had room for a traditional double oven and all the space they take up. We have a lot of family get togethers and the double oven really helps out. The only downside is figuring out how to use it. It didn't come with an instruction manual so I've just had to try to figure it out on my own.

I really like the range. The top burners heat up FAST!. Nice to be able to use both ovens at different temps. I wish it had a CLEAN cycle instead of the quick clean which only creates steam. The other downside is, only the top oven has the time back/time start option. I like to roast a chicken in the larger bottom oven during the week while I'm at work, but I can't do that now. A chicken cannot fit standing up in the top oven.

Love the double oven and the air fryer. Too soon to tell if I’ll miss the self cleaning. The steam clean might be enough. The stainless steel exterior is hard to clean. The recommended multisurface cleaner does not do a thing for it!

A overall good stove for the price. The ability to cook more than one dish at a time is a plus. Only down side is bottom stove doesn’t hold steady at the programmed temperature at times other than that its en excellent choice fir an oven.
