Where to add water
Do not add water to this air conditioner. The air cooling process will create a small amount of water. If the code 'FL' appears on the display, the internal water tank will need emptied. This is done by pulling the plug on the back, bottom of the unit and draining into a shallow pan. It will only need emptied in especially humid situations.
What is the length of the electrical cord and is it 2 or 3 prong?
Our room air conditioners must be plugged directly into a properly grounded 3-prong wall outlet. The length of the power cord is approximately 48".
I bought this air conditioner a long time ago, but the exhaust pipe is too old and has already broken. The air conditioner itself is still in good condition. Can I purchase this exhaust pipe separately？
The exhaust hose is not sold as a standalone part, and you would have to purchase the entire window replacement kit. This kit, part RAP01, can be viewed and purchased on our GE Appliances Parts website.
