The appearance of the refrigerator is great, the interior space is just right for our purposes but the vibration noise from inside the freezer section is annoying. It appears to be coming from the evaporator fan cover. It started a few hours after it was installed. The noise has been intermittent.

Great little fridge. Keeps food fresh and super cold on all shelves. Pros: shelves are adjustable in height, easy to clean, doors have a lot of storage space Cons: freezer drawers are small, water dispenser is not very ergonomic.

The dept is only 27 inches not like the description states saying is 29 inches deep, the inside is also very small, and makes a humming sound. The racks inside are 12 inches long, you can barely fit a plate.

The only thing I can say about my GE refrigerator French door is it makes a humming sound every once in a while and I’ve only had it for about a month I don’t know if that’s normal or not

The fridge is great, nice lighting but do wish the doors would stay wide open, they don’t. The freezer is not the best. Not easy to access. If it could open wider or tilt out a bit I think that would help. You can hardly breach the things in the back of the top basket.

Good product however the tape they put over does not come off easily and causes a lot of scratching

The fridge looks nice and is spacious. But the freezer on the bottom is cumbersome with the ice maker. it doesn’t have a lot of room. and when you open the door it sounds like something is breaking when the ice maker shelf moves along the track. Also the water dispenser is extremely slow. It takes a couple minutes to fill a small glass.

My new GE French Door 'fridge' is a handsome addition but I have one issue with it. The entire unit loudly hums and vibrates repeatedly through the day and night! Can this problem be remedied? Otherwise, I enjoy the storage options and multi-leveled lighting that brings the interior to life.

Not as much fridge space as i thought. Freezer is small. You must stack items, which makes it hard to get to. Squealing noise every half hour. Not sure what that is. Water dispenser can be difficult for kids or elderly.

It looks nice keeps stuff cold. Other than that it features plastic drawers that bind and move unevenly causing problems to open/close them. The freezer door also has issues for the same reason. The water dispenser inside the fridge is in a strange location and is hard dispense at times. The interior space was far smaller than was hoping but I was limited to a counter depth model. This GE replaced a fridge from the 70's that functioned just fine but was cosmetically out of date and didn't have an ice maker...all the drawers and doors worked perfectly, interior was far larger and took up less of a foot print.

It is noisy and makes a thumping sound when it shuts off. other than that it looks good and fits the space.

This is a nice refrigerator, but very small inside. We previously had a counter depth Maytag refrigerator with the same exterior dimensions and it had much more space inside both the fridge and the freezer. We purchased this in slate to match our dishwasher (and hope to match with a stove), but it a different color slate from our dishwasher. Very disappointed.

Gets some condensation in the door jam of the freezer. It looks pretty and its a decent size

It looks nice. The freezer is quite small. The fridge also gets icy on the inside.

Would never order a freezer on bottom. It feels like it wants to fall off tracking and makes to much noise when opening and closing. This freezer is ALOT smaller than an apartment size freezer to me.

cheap drawers....noisy condenser.....ice tray takes up a lot of space.

It works, it keeps stuff cold. But, it's not all roses: 1. It sure doesn't seem like 18+ cubic feet in there, super tight quarters. Had to split the contents of the prior freezer between this and our other freezer. 2. The shelves are super rickety. Minimal weight sends the door shelf crashing, we've had one break terminally from a fall, and others just pop out at random. 3. My god is this thing loud! They even mention it in the manual to expect loud noises, and they aren't kidding. It sounds like an iron lung whooshing and popping and banging in the kitchen. But, at the time it was the only option available without a weeks-long wait time, so it solved the problem for now. Honestly, I'll be surprised if this doesn't conk out a day past the year warranty because it sure sounds mechanically...aggressive. Time will tell...

This fridge was to small & did not work being next to a wall. When I opened the left door it was always at a right so I never had full access to the fridge opening. I don’t think this Fridge is bad it just didn’t work for my space. I did have a water dispenser on the inside which I wanted.

I would have given this refrigerator five stars however, it is very noisy when either the water cooler motor runs or it’s making ice. But otherwise it fits perfectly in our spot.

Refrigerator space is good, but the plastic drawers don’t seem sturdy. The freezer drawer doesn’t hold much compared to my old Samsung. Freezer could have been designed better.
