Upon purchasing the GE refrigerator, I had high expectations due to its reputation for quality products. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The drawers appear flimsy and wobbly when pulled out. The dividers in the crisper drawers and freezer compartment are loose and do not provide adequate support. Additionally, the water dispenser has a tendency to drip, leaving residue on the base. After approximately one month of use, the food in the freezer began to thaw, causing frost to accumulate in the ventilation system. In summary, I am deeply dissatisfied with the manufactured item and would not recommend it to others. I will rate it one star for the price.

This item is fine/ the delivery was not what I expected. I received the item with tree droppings inside. Had to clean it before I used it. Also paid to have it hooked up which they did not do instead, he said there was a whole in water line, when I got someone to hook it up, they did not find a whole in water line. Item is great, delivery people need to be trained, better.

The 1 star is for best buy, they helped us immensely to solve our issue. This refrigerator worked for 4 months and 1 week, then the compressor died. 3 weeks with no working refrigerator before ge tech could replace the compressor, he told us it was suoer common on the new ge models. The unit was very loud, moaning and groaning sounds which he said was normal. Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and choose a different brand, which ultimately is what we ended up doing. Best buy Totaltech was great, I do recommend buying from best buy, just not ge.

Read every bad review and it’s true. Search on every site for this fridge before buying. It’s junk for paying almost $3,000!!!!! I feel robbed. It loud sounds like it’s dying. Service has come multiple times. Even Received a of letter of commit to give credit if issue not resolved because they came so many times. When I called they acted like the letter meant nothing. I gave up. Jumped through every hoop with GE and nothings worked. This fridge is making such bad sounds it literally sounds like it’s broken. But nope this THREE THOUSAND DOLLAR PIECE OF CRAP is normal to GE. Don’t waste your money. Because GE will string you along. They’d rather pay more money in salaries stringing you along and make you live with their junk then simply refund a known bad appliance. I’ve been dealing with this for over a year. Bought the fridge last june. DONT BUY GE
