So far, so good. The layout inside the fridge is very functional and good arrangement for a lot of space.

Still waiting for it to be fixed. Geek squad was supposed to have sent a certified technician to fix it. Instead they sent two installers that initially thought they were installing a fridge. They then attempted to “reinstall” the fridge to see if that fixed the issue. Re-install, meaning they plugged it in, turned on the water, the issue started, they unplugged it, turned it off and said I need to return/replace the unit.

The fridge was over heat I would not recommend this kind of freight to anybody because it’s over heat.

This has been a nightmare that will not end . Not only was the device delayed due to being on back order and no one could tell us why it was delayed. Finally got it in feb of2020 after ordering Nov 2019. Only to get it installed and the water in the door has a drip problem. After 4 tech visits I still do not have a wording fridge and Best Buy has not been willing to help always referring me back to GE. Very unhappy

Purchased the refrigerator...a month later the ice machine started to jam daily. Had GE out to fix it. They said to use a wooden spoon to clear the jam otherwise we are out of luck and there is nothing they will do. Additionally about once an hour it makes a loud squealing noise and then a “thunk” noise. It was also nothing that they could fix or even cared to hear.

Fridge is loud, do not buy if you are sensitive to noise. Delivery folks caused some damages to the walls, annotated it before signing and was told someone will get back to me for repair. But no one contacted me. My history with Best Buy is their products are good but service and after service really sucks.

I ordered a refrigerator 2 months ago and the delivery date kept being pushed further and further away. Absolutely terrible! I ordered from another vendor and got it in 1 week. Will purchase appliances from them.

I paid for the refrigerator but it will not be delivered until 3 months from now, making the wait time 5 months and counting. Now I am asked to review it!!!

The outside skin is coming apart from the main body and there is an issue with the freezing portion of the freezer

I have no idea. Ordered Oct 9 and was told it would be Nov 13 delivery. Found out today that it will be delayed at least another week.

We returned this unit after two weeks, the average temp in the fridge was 39-40 degrees .... to warm for me. even at the lowest temp. setting the temp never went down.

I can't believe they even make this fridge! The shelves are not anchored at the sides, so they sag into the center. I had to place all my heavier things out on the edges to keep the shelves from sagging and my stuff from sliding. It also does not keep the temperature well. The top shelf and door shelves are too warm. It keeps the food smells inside. The drawers seem cheaply designed and don't slide in and out well. The outer doors were uneven. I'm not sure I can remember every terrible thing about this fridge! I sent it back and got an LG instead, which I LOVE.

3 years ago we bought all GE appliances - dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Each and every one has either had two or more repairs or been replaced. Talking to repair people they all agree GE makes appliances with a 3-4 year lifespan. Stay away from all GE appliances.

Very disappointed with this fridge after just ONE year! It is extremely loud, ice maker is very slow and several pieces have broken already just from normal use. Will never buy another GE appliance.
