The delivery people had the stove in the very cold truck on that delivery day they arrived close to 7:00pm. When they finished iinstalling the power cord and leveling the stove they told us not turn it on until it warms up. The next day we turned on the oven to do burn off what they told us to do we cooked on the back burners. We did use the front burners for a week but when we did it showed this problems

I’m a first time buyer at Best Buy I will never recommend Best Buy to anyone , I almost a month I purchased this stove after the delivery guys left my house I did on the stove the same it have scratches I contacted the customer service the Same day , until this day I still waiting for answers they send another one before the delivery guys bring it in, they open the box it’s damaged again they take it back with them I’m waiting for a replacement or refund I call almost every day one give me an excuse

I bought this stove thinking i just have to plugged in bur the electric cord is not included. Hard to find the instrucction. NOT RECOMENDED

We do not include a power cord with our electric ranges as we have no way of knowing the specific type of electrical service (3 or 4-wire) you have available in your home. Wonderful basic stove with 5 burners, heats quickly easy clean up, the glass top can get scratched so watch the type of pans you use. The oven and broiler options work fast and cook evenly love the range just what we needed at an affordable cost.

Easy to use. Works great. Easy to keep clean. Nice to have an oven with reliable temperature controls. When pre-heating, range will display temperature as it rises, which is a nice touch.

This is a great stove. The insulation is proper, it balances well and has weights on the back to combat tipping, the burners work well, and the oven works well.

Cooks very well and stove top is easy to clean. Bottom drawer is very loose and does not slide well.

Had scratch from loading damage but was reimbursed for that. You have to purchase electric cord not included with stove. Thought bottom drawer is flimsy compared to older model stoves. Make sure to preclean top and inside oven seversl times , Preburn oven to cook off paint smell is bad clean after doing so again, as well as glass top burn in and clean after cool down. .
