A: This griddle is aluminum with a non-stick coating.
Q: Does the over have a door lock for child safety?
A: This model does not include a door lock for child safety. However, it does include a Lock Control feature. When activated, it locks out the control so that pressing any pad does not activate them. To use this feature, press and hold the Lock Control pad for three seconds to lock or unlock the control.
Q: I know there is a Simmer burner, but is there also a quick boil burner?
A: Yes left side front burner is, I think, 15,000 BTU, and the right front is, I believe 10,000 BTU
