We love this refrigerator! The organization is terrific, it's nice and bright, and it looks great. The counter-depth features looks so much nicer than a normal refrigerator, yet there is still plenty of storage. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We are loving the fridge! It’s big enough for our family of 4 and we love the extra drawer in the middle. It also looks great!

LOVE THIS FRIDGE! If you're on the fence, just pull the trigger already. We've had our GE fridge for a little over a month now and we're so happy we chose this model. Coming from a Samsung that had constant issues with the ice maker, so far this is a dream. Pros - - The backlight in the main compartment is a statement piece every time you open the door. - The Many compartments and adjustable shelves make it easy to fit everything our family of four needs. - For being a counter depth fridge, there's tons of room. - The middle drawer is spacious without taking too much from the main compartment or the freezer. - The ice maker is fast and slim so you're not giving up a ton of freezer space. - The water pitcher is a really nice add and so far performs really well. Cons - N/A Again, we've only had it for a month, but so far this fridge is amazing!

This is a great refrigerator. The autofill pitcher is a great feature. The only drawback is that the depth of the door shelves is a bit shorter than the previous GE refrigerator that was replaced. Now not able to put a glass pitcher or OJ container without putting it in at an angle. The other drawback is the ability to adjust the door shelves. There are any choices to just move the shelf up an inch.

After having a broken icemaker on a Samsung for 10 years, I can tell you I was skeptical about any new refrigerator. This GE profile definitely exceeded my expectations. I love the light on the back panel of the refrigerator. Very high-tech looking, and allows me to see everything I have inside. I like that the icemaker is no longer in the door, as I believe that was causing a lot of the problems from the Samsung. The icemaker is down where it should be, in the freezer. And so far so great. No problems with plenty of ice. But the crown jewel of this is the water pitcher mechanism. It’s very easy to grab filtered cold water on the fly. And it refills within seconds after you deplete the pitcher. I should know that the stainless steel on this model seems to be a heck of a lot easier to clean than other models. Fingerprints don’t show up near as bad it seems. I’m very happy with this purchase, and can confidently recommend it to others. The only thing I don’t like about it: the doors make a solid clunking noise when they open and shut. Not a dealbreaker at all, but if you’re looking to sneak a midnight snack out of the refrigerator without anyone hearing it, you’re out of luck. Overall, this is a great purchase. I’m very satisfied.

LOVE OUR NEW REFRIGERATOR. THE INSIDE LIGHT IS SO NICE YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING. I LIKE THE CHILLER DRAWER FOR SNACKS AND DRINKS. QUICK ACCESS TO CHILLED WATER. LIKE ALL OF THE FEATURES.

Great looking modern refrigerator, quiet operation, everyone in family love it. The only downside is counter-depth version has smaller storage space compared to standard size.

Bought this fridge bc our old one had outer door water dispenser. After 7 yrs it was starting to rust around the tray. This one has internal and love it! Water is cold and do not mind having to open the door. The set up is better too with fruit and vegetable bins located lower so can see into them.

Absolutely love this fridge. After doing a ton of research, I knew I wanted to get away from ice and water in the door. So glad I did. The fridge looks great and I hope it lasts longer than my old fridge!

Great Space The space in the top refrigeration part is wonderful. This is the first french door refrigerator I have owed and so far am loving it. Like the water pitcher inside. Plenty of room in the freezer

Refrigerator is spacious and the counter depth size looks better in kitchen! The delivery guys carried the fridge into my house instead of using a dolly. They were quick, careful, and meticulous in their set-up! Love the fridge so far!

The GE Profile counter-depth refrigerator is so nice. It is very well designed inside and out. I considered many other brands and considered different stores. Best Buy was by far the best. I made the right purchase, love it.
