It works good for a few months Then it will not make ice Says add water and the tank is still full I had 5 so for over couple of years they all do the same

Simply put, doesn't work well. Never dries the dishes, food left behind, over all poor.

If your dishwasher is not cleaning or drying, please ensure that your inlet water temperature is at least 120 degrees F., that you're using a high-quality detergent, you're using a rinse aid, and that the door is shut for an additional 90 minutes after the cycle has completed. If this does not help, please schedule service by calling 833-426-3393 so our Bodewell technicians can thoroughly investigate. -Kacie@GEAppliances

Water started to leak from bottom right corner. Had to schedule a service appointment with GE after fifth use; less than 30 days from purchase and installation. Don't expect any support from Best Buy if you bought Geek Squad plan. You are forced to go through GE for the first year. Plumber stated that the leak is likely a bad seal or damaged hinge on the bottom right corner where the door closes.

Doesn’t clean all that well - even after food is rinsed off. Further, 3.5 hours and not everything is dried.

We’d like to help with the issues you’re having with the cleaning and drying performance. We recommend ensuring the water temperature is at least 120°F and the filter is clean. We also suggest using a rinse agent. Additional information about what to try for issues with cleaning and drying is available on pages 22 and 23 of the manual; the manual can be viewed on Best Buy’s product page for the model when you go to the ‘Features’ section and scroll to the bottom. We can advise dishwashers may run for up to 2 hours or more under some conditions, especially if options such as Dry Boost are selected. If you aren’t able to solve the issues you’re having with troubleshooting and think the dishwasher isn’t working as designed, an appointment can be scheduled with one of our Bodewell service technicians when you call 1-833-4BODEWELL. A technician would be glad to examine the dishwasher for any issues.
