Our old Frigidaire dishwasher finally gave out, and we upgraded to this GE Profile. It's clear that dishwasher technology has come a long way in the last 20 years, because this machine is a huge improvement. Pros: * Perfect for Baby Items: This is the main reason we love it. The third rack is a game-changer for bottle nipples, and the enclosed silverware basket securely holds all the tiny parts. Everything comes out perfectly clean. I've attached photos to show how great the racks are for this. * Excellent Cleaning: The results speak for themselves. Dishes are consistently spotless. Cons: * Long Cycle Times: To quote my wife, "agonizingly long cycles" The cycles are longer than I'm used to, but it's a worthwhile trade-off if cleanness if your number one concern. Installation: I handled the installation myself. It was sort of easy for a novice, but be warned, it did take forever. Still, I was happy to get it done without hiring a professional. Overall: We are thrilled with this purchase. It has made managing the daily deluge of baby bottles so much easier. I'd strongly recommend it. I hope it holds up but if not that's why I bought it from Best Buy with their awesome return policy when you buy the protection plan.

I like the top rack and the utensil holders and the bottle holders. The only negative is the plastic parts. My old dishwasher had mainly stainless steel parts. The tub is steel, but the other parts are mainly plastic. I wasn't happy at first because the trim kit wasn't in the box or the installers didn't give it to me, but GE sent it for free. Also, I am missing 3 bottle holders so I will reach out to someone to get those. The dishwasher was expensive so I want all pieces. I haven't used it yet.

Had some difficulty installing, but mostly my fault. Though I do find it odd that they have plastic fittings that connect to metal fittings which can lead to some easy damage. Other than that it seems to clean well and isnt too loud. If I had planned on staying in my house longer, id buy a more expensive model, but its decent

Very sleek looking dishwasher and very quiet, however our biggest complaint is that the silverware basket constantly catches on the side wall when pushing the bottom rack back into the unit after loading. Removing the basket lids did not help. Additionally, the pump started leaking a yellow fluid after 6 months of use, which we found only when ants appeared since they were attracted to it. We are currently working with customer service to get this resolved, and this has been a smooth process so far! Cycle times are pretty long, even the 1 hour wash is more like 2-3 hours depending on selected drying time etc., but we are never in a hurry, so this isn't an issue for us. We absolutely love the bottle wash tines and flexibility of the racks to be adjusted to accommodate larger items.

It is relatively quiet (compared to my last one) and so far has done a good job cleaning the dishes. Drying doesn't seem to be very effective. Lot of space for silverware with the 3rd row and the silverware caddy on bottom row. Not as much space for bigger stuff and less space for taller items due to squeezing in the 3rd row. It's a good dishwasher overall but there are definitely drawbacks to having an extra row for stuff.

Cleaning performance is good. Sometimes I have seen particles on some washed items but overall a good quiet machine

This had all the features I was looking for, including the bottle cleaners and extra nozzles under the utensil trays. But I find that the rows of tines are really far apart compared to my previous washer, so it can be hard to place smaller plates or lids upright for cleaning. And I have to use a mesh bag to hold some of my narrower straws so they don't fall through the utensil holder

The unit is operated very quietly. However, it does not dry well especially the third tray on the top.

Dent on the door got back $100.00 i dint want to go back so that was there only offer. Other then that dishwasher works great wife love it.

Really quiet dishwasher. It's the first dishwasher I've had with a third rack. Almost regret getting three racks. If I have any tall things to wash, in my old dishwasher would work, in my new one I am unable to get washed in the dishwasher. Also having some issues with the dishwasher latching. I plan to reach out to mfg soon to ask about getting the latch issue resolved.

Nice clean design, runs pretty quietly and for a solid price.

Great dishwasher. Love the top shelf with the tray that can separate our knives for better cleaning. 4 stars instead of 5 because its too expensive and takes a long time to complete a cycle.

Over all we are happy with it. Extremely quiet. Does as advertised. The only con at this time is the installation instructions are so so at best. We worked around the instructions and are happy with product.

The dishwasher is very quiet when running. It has a classy look as well. Haven’t had a chance to try any of the turbo/boost features.

I don't like the third rack. This is a replacement for my previous GE profile. It is quiet though.

Overall solid dishwasher but does not remove food as well as the one we replaced this with. Best Buy installation went well and was well done.
