We love this refrigerator! It’s perfect. The freezer width is narrow but we have a deep freezer so it’s ok. The motor is quiet. Love the light on the door for the water ice dispenser.The stainless steel finger print proof doors are the best. We are pleased with our purchase.

I was so disappointed when we unboxed this appliance and it was damaged in several places. The box had no signs of being damaged but the refrigerator sure did. The top hinge and door on the refrigerator side was so badly damaged that the door wouldn’t close. My amazing husband and son fixed it because I was so upset that I was crying. I have been waiting and saving a long time to purchase this. Best Buy gave me a discount because my only other option was to take it back, 340 mile round trip, no delivery to here! I will be a lot more attentive to details. The box was undamaged so had to have been done before boxing. Shame on someone. Otherwise I love the refrigerator.

After a few years the freezer shelves do not stay in track. They keep falling and it looks like they are not wide enough to stay in the track. When we first got it , everything was good, but after 2 years , they do not stay in the track. Looks like the freezer compartment warped.

Love it!!! The shelves are sturdy. Many ways to configure to meet individual needs. Ice cubes nice size. No loss of room in the freezer.

Fridge is very good looking and well designed, however is quite noisy, gurgling noise coming from the fridge evaporator coil that can be heard 30 feet away. I contacted GE service, and was told the noise heard is the freon bubbling on the evaporator coils. So no solution I guess. I owned many fridges and this is he first time I heard this type of noise. The noise continues for at least 30 secs after unplugging fridge. Not satisfied with this purchase.

My problem with this refrigerator is the right side door keeps drop down and making the doors uneven and on the freezer side the button for water/ice is not so fingerprints resistant

This refrigerator has worked as expected. The ice maker had zero issues and we find it to run quietly. We would recommend as this replaced another GE Profile refrigerator that lasted 18 years.
