Don’t buy this product! GE will not support you in any way when they have a defective product. Thank God we had carbon monoxide alarms or we would be dead. The fire department said that it was putting out the highest levels that they had ever seen! Over 250 ppm! This is a quote from EPA: “Average levels in homes without gas stoves vary from 0.5 to 5 parts per million (ppm). Levels near properly adjusted gas stoves are often 5 to 15 ppm and those near poorly adjusted stoves may be 30 ppm or higher.” GE sent a technician who came out without a CO detector and was totally unprepared and unqualified to do anything. Thank God for Best Buy’s willingness to refund! I hope the next product I buy will be better but I will NEVER purchase a GE product again as long as I live! Buyer beware! It’s literally your life on the line!

I like the appliance, but installation was a real pain. The oven was delivered, the old one (which still worked) was removed, but installation took four days and hours of phone calls. At one point I thought it would take seven days. No cooking appliance for four days.

First unit fan was broken on delivery, second unit the bottom oven stopped working on day 2. What little time I did have these units in my kitchen I can tell you they are very poorly constructed. Either buy a cheaper unit and plan on replacing it, or a more expensive unit in hopes of keeping it. . . But DO NOT buy this unit. Lastly, Best Buy install a total joke, both times. These are delivery guys, they have no idea how to properly install these units and especially not how to troubleshoot problems

Bottom line warranty item started in February. I still don’t have my oven now. It’s been 10 times. I’ve tried to deliver ovens. Everyone has been broken. Best Buy is a joke. That’s not funny.

I had 3 of these Ranges delivered, each one rejected and returned. Shoddy workmanship, oven doors misaligned and Best Buy still sent them out to me! They couldn't fix them either!! DO NOT BUY!! STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND!! Theres not enough time to tell you the whole story!! Still without a range going on 3 months!!

We had read in other reviews about the oven doors not closing properly, so looked for that when the range was delivered. Not only did the top oven door not close completely, but it was closed less on one side than on the other. We did not accept delivery. Given how much people are talking about this issue online, I can't believe GE is trying to pawn these inferior items onto their customers. We took the day off work for this delivery - what a waste of time.

We regret to hear about your experience and understand your concern. In looking at the top of the door from left to right, the door should be level. The gasket on the door is what seals the oven cavity and it's not unusual on a new range to see a wider gap at top versus bottom near the hinges (when looking at the door from the side). This gap will equalize as the oven gasket settles after a few weeks of use. We hope to earn your faith in our brand once again.
