Controls are easy to use and heats evenly. I like the controls, which are digital. The unit dissipates the heat through the rear vents which keeps the stove top cool while using the oven. I like the air fry function. The only issue (Minor) is the oven is a little slow reaching the selected temp. I also recommend using the control lock function after using the stove. It prevents accidentally turning the stove on when not in use. It's a press for 3 seconds. I also purchased a heat resistant cover when not in use, so you can use the space even when using the oven.

Two weeks in and we are thrilled with the new range. Stovetop heats up quickly and the controls are extremely easy to use. I was concerned with some reviews claiming difficulty with operating but we haven’t found any issues so far. Definitely use the stovetop cleaner provided and by the scrubbing pads from the same manufacturer. Oven cooking is taking some time to get used to coming from our 25 year old non convection oven but we’re getting closer to balancing the time needed especially with the air fry option. Bottom drawer is slow close and offers decent storage area. Overall we are very pleased!

Excellent construction and quality, heads and shoulders above the Jenn Aire we replaced though we miss the downdraft vent system. So far the only criticism is the clock display: both the hours and tens of minutes (larger than one) are positioned way too close to the colon so it's difficult to quickly determine the time at first glance or from a distance. The smooth top cook surface really shows the cooking spatteer. It needs to be well cleaned after each meal. The surface units heat up very fast despite the glass insulator!

I had a problem due to my error with an “open box” item A GE induction electric slide in range. The item was not available here locally in Winter Park, Florida however, it was available in Gainesville, Florida . I retired from a VA hospital as an RN in Gainesville so I didn’t mind driving the two hours to pick up the range. Everyone at the Best Buy there was great however there was another identical looking unit which I took and installed at my home. It wasn’t until I had tested the unit with a pot of boiling water and subsequently discovered that the burner was still boiling hot. This was a very unusual situation, especially since I had bought it from out of town. I went to our local Best Buy in Altamonte Springs.(#509) I was able to speak to the actual store, general manager named Juan who could not have been more helpful and empathetic. He designated the appliance representative Adam who was thoroughly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I was concerned about how this situation was going to be resolved However it could not have ended any better. Adam educated me on a different model that is technologically far superior which I am extremely happy about. Every employee that I encountered at the Altamonte Springs store was way above average in every way in terms of knowledgeability, professionalism and eagerness to be of assistance. This is a great electric range! Super easy to keep it clean. Heats up fast. Recovers heat to the pan quickly when adding cold products. The oven is amazing! I can preheat from my phone on the way home, so the oven is ready to cook dinner when i walk in the door

This is a good looking slide in range, just a bit pricey though. It’s simple to operate and has the right features for a contemporary range. I am disappointed that a manual wasn’t included and GE doesn’t send paper manuals these days. So I had to print a manual from the website. It’s difficult to keep this range clean and the surfaces don’t clean easily.

Works perfectly! Efficient and easy to use. The associates were awesome helping us. The unit was discounted due to a return and prices at a lower rate. The unit had no issues or concerns when returned. The staff was honest and took the time to examine it before us purchasing. Have had it for the last couple years and are very satisfied with it.

I’ve had the range a little over a month & I’m very happy with it. I have used most features & all are great. I did need help hooking up to my wifi. Being a TotalTech member is great. They came out and set it up for me. I haven’t used the Air Fryer feature yet; but looking forward to trying that soon. It also looks wonderful in my kitchen.

This is the second stove I received within two weeks, the first stove was delivered by a third party, and they broke the vent off the back of the stove. The second stove was also delivered by a third-party the delivery team tripped entering the house and the stove hit the ground again by a third-party and both times I requested the geek Squad. Which never happened so now I have a hot light indicator for the rear burner on all the time they could not replace this one until later in the month of November so now I have a GE technician coming to resolve the issue with the indicator light that seems crazy when you pay over $2000 for a stove and you have this many issues I can honestly say the stove is a really nice stove and I don’t think the issues were really GE’s fault. I think most of the fault comes from the delivery method.

We received this range last week. The delivery from Best Buy is very fast. The range works well funcyionally. However, it has a couple of issues. First, the LED screen is crooked. The screen leaks light from its upper left corner. Taking a closer look, we notice the sceeen is not parrallel to the frame on the front panel. It's slightly crooked. This is very annoying, once you notice it. Secondly, there is not much room in the back of the range for the power cord. We have a four feet long power cord. After the range is pushed in, the bottom drawer is pushed out by the power cord. We had to unplug the power cord a few times and re-arrange the power cord until it does not hit the drawer. It will be nice if the drawer is a little bit shorter to accomodate the power cord.

I've been using my new oven/cooktop for a couple of weeks now. Absolutely love it. Haven't used all of the options yet, but am excited to try them. Looks beautiful in my kitchen and I love being able to access it from the app on my phone.

We like it a lot, the only thing you have to be careful about is that you always have to lock the panel because it is activated very easily, even to clean it has to be locked.

I love everything about this range. Lock feature to keep little hands from turning on the stove and distancing the eyes from little fingers. I just wish I could keep the glass top like new.

It’s easy to clean and use and my wife loves it. We haven’t used the oven yet, but anxious to try the convection fan. Don’t know if we will use the Wi-Fi part but a great addition - will see.
