Honestly not super impressed with the size of the induction coils, they are much smaller that the marked circles on the glass top. I also have bought a few induction non stick pans that simply do not heat up enough to even boil water on the largest burner (including All-Clad HA1 10 inch nonstick). Only my all-clad d3 pans seem to take full advantage of the largest burner so you need to use pretty much only high quality and expensive cookware. I bought this when it was on sale for $999 at best buy for context. Easy enough to clean but there is a rubber seal on the range top towards the front that I don't like since it might trap food or spills. That said, cooking with my All Clad stainless is very nice and quick! As long as you don't need super even heating in the pan.

We are happy to provide guidance with your new induction range. For the best performance from your induction burner, match the pan size to the burner size since heating will only occur above the burner's cooking circle. Cookware should make full contact with the glass surface and be magnetic. The induction burners require a minimum pan size in order for the element to turn on. In order for the induction coil to correctly determine if the pan is large enough, it is important that the pan be centered within the circular graphics marked on the glass cooking surface. Oven heats up quickly. Induction burners work great. Only needed to switch out a our pans for compatible cookware. There is a buzzing noise but not bad when using the burners. Like the physical knobs. Storage drawer is very lightweight and flimsy. Light in oven could be brighter. Overall glad we upgraded from our 15 year old electric range.

We were switching to electric from gas so were hesistant to spend too much. This was perfect and works exactly as expected.

If I could rate this lower I would. This thing was wired incorrectly and the power supply wiring was wedged between two sharp pieces of metal frame instead of threaded the way it is was supposed to be. Every time the oven door was opened and closed the metal frame cut into the insulation on the wires. Thirty days later it shorted and blew flames out the back and top vents. Best Buy installed the power cord on the truck and delivered the stove reassembled. I don't think they created the problem but the problem was obvious and dangerous and should have been caught at installation.

A low humming noise is sometimes reported on the cooktop when on high heat. When multiple burners and the oven are used simultaneously, power may be diverted, affecting the speed of the smallest burners.

We'd like to provide some information about the noises that can be heard when using the cooktop on your new range. Clicking, humming, popping or fan sounds are all normal sounds you may hear. It's normal when using the top burners to hear them cycle on and off or even hum slightly. This range cooks like a dream. Induction cooking is extremely fast and might require some adjustments in cooking style but I now prefer it over gas cooktop. Love the air fryer and convection features od the oven.
