The idea of a microwave/air fryer combo sounds very enticing. However, it would help if the heating element of the microwave feature actually worked. I saw a similar review that it did not work straight out of the box. That appeared to be the case with my purchase.

Manual directions are poor. Usage is primarily trial and error. I think it's a good unit, but directions are so poor that unless you're a really savvy user, I wouldn't recommend it. It has always worked, The only good directions are the warnings. It's a good unit if you can figure out how to make it work.

It's a microwave pretending to be more. The air fry is a joke. 30 minutes for 2 servings of fries and they were not crispy they had a raw uncooked texture but hot. Weird. My regular oven cooks in 20 minutes and done.

if i could give a zero, i would. where are the frickin numbers. when you re-heat something, do you know how much it weighs? no. It also says 15 to 99, but it doesn't, you have to go in, program it, then it gives you 15 sec interals, 15, 30, 45, etc. grrrrr also the guys who installed it, in about 15 minutes, damaged my drywall, and did not level the microwave.

I purchased this microwave thinking I'd see the value with the convenience of having the air fryer and convection oven all in one. While the microwave function worked great unfortunately the air fryer and convection oven worked very poorly. I have an off brand counter top air fryer and that unit would cook my food twice as fast and crispier than the $700 GE. I expected a slight drop off from a dedicated air fryer but this was significant. Just to confirm my unit was not defective GE sent out a tech to check it out and they did not find anything wrong so I'm left to believe this product just is not very good and not what it's advertised to be.

This microwave failed a mere 5 weeks after purchasing. The magnetron stopped working. Warranty service took a week for the first visit. Part delivery took another week. Follow up service is scheduled for three weeks after parts have been received. Cannot recommend this product or any GE product based on this experience.

Listed as open box but excellent. Had dents and didn’t turn on. Had to return. Second issue is only can microwave in increments of 15 seconds.

We appreciate your honest review. You can adjust the initial cooking time in increments of 15 seconds. Once cooking has started you can turn the dial to adjust the time by 5-second increments. If your microwave is not functioning properly, and you still have it, please take advantage of your one-year warranty with us by calling 833-426-3393. For $600.00 and came with error in the sensor. I had to called for service in not even one month since we bought it. It is not worthy.
