We just recently installed the microwave and realized that the cooking time needs to be set by a dial, (there is no number pad) and only allows time choices in 15 second increments, starting with 15 seconds. I have many items that I want to heat up for less than 15 seconds and I am unable to do so unless I go to settings and set up a second cooking cycle. I set up a second cycle which gives me 5 second cook time intervals. The only problem is that it overrode the 30 second button on the touchpad, which is a feature that I also use. In addition, the start button or dial needs to be pressed twice, in order for the unit to start, which is totally unnecessary. If I had known this prior to purchase I would have selected another brand as this microwave's timing features are very inconvenient. it is also less powerful than previous microwaves I have owned.

I am very disappointed with this purchase and have decided to exchange it. The installation and the person installing it was awesome. However, immediately after using a microfiber cloth to wipe it down, the cheap metal used was scratching as I went along. I have opted to exchange it for a stainless steel black. Second, closing the door is extremely noisy. It feels like it is slamming each and every time no matter how gently you try to be.

Waste of money, only good thing is the 3 speed fan and led light - air frying part it's a joke, sometimes needs few minutes to preheat and when you open the door looses half of it and starts again also glass in the door getting foggy when using exhaust fan

We'd like to provide some clarification regarding the air fryer mode of your microwave. It is normal for you microwave to preheat in air fry mode, when you open the door, some heat will be lost, but the unit will super heat the air once the door is closed to reach the set temperature. Some moisture can leave your food while it is being cooked, and condensation can appear on the glass door. For more information about air frying you can visit page 21 of the owner's manual here: https://files.bbystatic.com/91XS263VdM92saQzBr4hCw%3D%3D/User%2BManual

A paid the expensive price thinking I was buying quality. Not so. Every time I grap the cheap handle to open the door my blood boils. Theirs no logic to the control pannel. Its my own fault, i should have done a little homework before waisting money on this. I purchased it unseen, no display model at Best Buy.

It only has 15 minute increments to heat. There were no included instructions for the convection oven or for the air fryer. Could not find anything online either. Would not buy this again or recommend it.

You have selected a wonderful Profile convection over-the-range microwave oven with AirFry and we regret you've had difficulties using all the great features. The full Owner's Manual is available online to view, download and/or print. If you click on the "From the Manufacturer" tab and scroll all the way to the bottom, you'll find the Owner's Manual. It's also available on our GE Appliances site by searching using the microwave model number. Convection cooking is very similar to cooking in your large oven. When using your own recipes or following the baking instructions on a package, we recommend reducing the temperature by 25°F and check for doneness at the first time listed in the recipe. The updated manual available on geappliances.com does include the AirFry instructions and many of the foods best suited for air frying now include directions on the package as well. We want you to be happy with your new microwave and encourage you to contact us directly if you have additional questions or concerns.

We would like to provide guidance with the Air Fry feature in this microwave. We strongly encourage you to view the Air Frying instructions on page 21 of the Owner's Manual, as we have provided the recommended cookware to use as well as a cooking guide for different food items. You can view the Owner's Manual by clicking the ‘From the Manufacturer’ tab and scrolling all the way down on the page, you will see a link that says Use and Care Manual.

This is the worst purchase! Save yourself. The air fryer doesn’t do anything, it takes 3 the time of my regular air fryer. The convection oven takes just as long as my regular gas oven. The microwave option works good.

Overall its a expensive microwave, the convection works mediocre and as far as a air fryer my $100 counter to model is superior.
