Q: What last the difference between the 7000 and the 9000 series?

The model PTD9000SNSS also has a Remote View Oven Camera; Scan-to-cook feature; Dehydrate cooking mode; True European Convection with Direct Air in both ovens. We hope this helps. Q: Does this come with broiler pans?

A: It works with door open - it even has a door stop feature used for drying out foods - like an air dryer.
A: Per the fine print in timer instructions: “ Please Note: On a double wall oven or a double oven range, you can only set the Timer for use with one oven at a time”
Q: Does the oven have to be used as convection or can it be used in the standard way?
A: Can be used both ways. Love what it can do.
Q: To air fry food. is that a separate setting or how is that accomplished?
A: There is a separate setting. you put the food in And then turn the air fryer on to a temperature up to 500. They recommend turning over the food at the halfway mark. Makes it crispier
