To get help, just bring your car security and convenience product into a Best Buy store. For any covered issue, we'll repair your product, get you a replacement (if the product is available), or issue you a store credit or gift card up to the original purchase price, including taxes.
We take care of 100% of the costs of parts and labor for covered repairs and failures, with no hidden fees.
This could be a problem with an internal part, how the car security and convenience product was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity. Accidental damage is not included.
You're covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
