About The EZ Lock Octa Quick XXL Softbox With Bowens Mount (60") Overcome your lighting challenges with the Glow EZ Lock 60" Octa Quick Softbox. This dynamic, eight-sided deep parabolic softbox delivers flattering, soft, and luxurious color lighting, combining the best features of softbox and umbrella lighting in one easy-to-use package. The EZ Lock system eliminates the need for flex-resistant rods or careful alignment of speedring holes. Instead, this softbox opens and closes like an umbrella, with a thick center shaft that provides a comfortable grip. The push-lock mechanism ensures easy setup, while the generously sized release allows for painless disassembly. Constructed for both studio and on-location use, this softbox boasts sturdy aluminum support rods for structural stability and extraordinary fabric strength. Its moderate 60-inch diameter makes it ideal for a wide range of photography styles, from fashion to portraiture, providing smooth yet exciting light that can illuminate an entire person or small groups. The silver interior lining of the Glow EZ Lock 60" Octa Quick Softbox helps achieve specular highlights, sharp details, and focused indirect lighting with soft shadow definition. The result is saturated, vibrant colors without the flat, direct strobe effect. The parabolic reflector shape directs light in a controllable direction, while the 130mm interchangeable speedring inserts offer adaptability to almost any speedlight, monolight, or large barebulb strobe. The reversible opaque deflector cover and inner diffuser provide multiple levels of light distribution, from a softer spread of indirect light to a more focused beam. The included Eggcrate Grid allows for further control of the light source's beam, virtually eliminating spill and creating attractive shadows that separate the subject from the background. This lightweight accessory attaches to the rim of the softbox with a Velcro perimeter, adding depth and emphasis to your subject's facial features. The Glow EZ Lock 60" Octa Quick Softbox sets the standard for portable light control, with a sturdy build that pays attention to every detail, from the resilient form-fitting fabric to the flexible aluminum frame ribs. Like all Glow products, this softbox comes packaged in a fitted, durable fabric pouch for easy transport and storage. Master the light with the Glow EZ Lock 60" Octa Quick Softbox.
