The speedring has been carefully fashioned to mount quickly onto your flash head. The rim has holes for up to 16 rods from the light modifier of your choice, accommodates any-sized soft box, eliminating the need to buy different connectorsolutions. The insert allows softboxes and other modifiers to rotate to any angle. This speedring does not fit onto Norman monolights.
