A: I purchased two refurbished. One did come with small scratches on screen. Not enough to make me return the phone. And the other one o received had absolutely no scratches at all. I will post a few pictures but the scratches may appear more noticeable in the pictures because I tried to zoom in to them as much as I could but they weren't really as bad as it May appear.

A: I say it works as intended as I have dropped it in a pool with no effect. It depends on the previous condition, mine was in very excellent condition.
