I love these earbuds. I upgraded from Pixel Buds Pro and it was definitely an upgrade! These are lighter, stay put better, and the sound quality is better. I also love the feature where I can ping any piece of the set (case and both earbuds) if I lose them. The previous generation only allowed you to ping the earbuds when they were out of the case, which didn't help when I lost the case.

I've never used Google products before. As I assume this headphone is competitor of air pods pro 2. The sounds is good, but sometimes wearing headphones uncomfortable for ears. My personal opinion if you wanna buy a new pixel phone, this one is acceptable.

Hey there, Azazed. While we’re glad you’re enjoying the sound on the Pixel Buds Pro 2, we hear your concerns regarding the fit. Here’s some tips to make them more comfortable:
1. Try different sized ear tips to find the best fit: Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear.
2. Try memory foam eartips: If you’re not getting a perfect fit with our silicone eartips, memory foam eartips might be worth a try.

They sold it as supposedly new and at the last minute it wasn't, but it even came stained and extra of that, it wasn't even reset or the previous owner's information deleted, terrible for them to sell Things not verified to be completely okay or released

Love these soooo much! And the refurbished label shouldn't worry you in any way! They were perfect! Box was the only thing where you could see any wear on it.

I bought these to replace my Pixel Buds Series A, and this is a huge upgrade in most ways. The audio is better, spatial audio is neat (although good sources of audio that can take advantage is limited; not the headphones fault), I like the EQ options, and I frequently switch between noise cancelation and transparency modes, both of which work well. However, nearly every time I listen to audio books, watch videos, or use it to listen to audio from my phone, one or the other bud randomly drops audio. Usually taking the bud out and putting it back in fixes it, but sometimes I have to do that two or three times before it works, and sometimes the only way to fix it is to put the bud back in the case and pull it back out. Every time I do this, my audio is paused, and I am almost always multi-tasking (such a making dinner, cleaning, etc.), which interrupts the work that I am doing. All of these make them difficult to recommend. I am hoping that my problems can be solved by Google (I was outside of the return window, otherwise I would have just exchanged at Best Buy), and if that is the case, I'll come back and update my review. I really want to love these headphones, but the bugs are making it hard to do so.

Hey there, zebraboy6. While we're happy you’re enjoying the audio quality and new features on the Pixel Buds Pro 2, we understand your concerns about your earbuds losing connection. A quick reset will normally solve most connection issues — here’s how:
1. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds.
2.Plug the charging case into a power source using a USB-C® cable.
3. Make sure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open.
4. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.
5. When the earbuds status light stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button.
6. Check the earbuds status lights.
If this doesn’t resolve the problem, please reach out to us and we can investigate further: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp?sjid=1168929876280557452-NC

Google nailed it. Audio quality is good, not a bassy and murky as some other brands. The fit is perfect, tight seal but comfortable. Super light and can lay on side with no pain. Constantly only pairs one side but easy enough fix just annoying

I purchased knowing these were refurbished but expected them to be "refurbished". product did not come with ear tips which are essential to using the product. When I contacted BB I was told they don't guarantee refurb products will come good as new, I could return and buy new or they would be happy to send me a link so I could order ear tips from their site. Thanks, no thanks....ordered the ear tips from Amazon for $5 no shipping. Other than BB service the quality of the product is excellent. I had some issues connecting it to find home on my pixel but after a couple attempts I got them to work. that actually was my biggest issue is I have lost one of my set of buds from my last two so the find device was pretty important.

These are very comfortable in ear. The key is to find the right ear tip size for maximum comfort. The battery life has been great as well.

Good buds but I can't get consistent sound from the noise cancelling and transparency modes (-2 stars). It gives a weird overly conpressed, low quality audio sound at times when in these modes. At first I thought it was the attempted head tracking, but after turning that setting off, it was the same, sporadic overly compressed, low quality audio, so I keep those modes off. With them off, it sounds great. I love the fit. I hadn't used any of the features with Gemini etc, so I can't speak to that, but if you need earbuds with a solid in-ear fit and willing to sacrifice sound quality in noise cancellation and transparency modes, grab a pair.

I was a bit sceptical when I was buying it as it is refurbished. But I don't have any issues so far. These buds work as they should, and they sound awesome. I had the version before thus one, and the changes they have made with these are spot on. They fit and stay on very well. Overall excellent earbuds, perfectly work with my Pixel 9 Pro.

The sound quality is phenomenal. The fact that I don't have to turn off noise cancelling mode or take noe headphone out when someone is talking to me with the transparency mode is really cool!! Definitely the best headphones I've ever owned! I'd give them 10/10 if I could I highly recommend.

What I like: The controls are great. Much more intuitive than my last ear buds. The sound is awesome. Music on these is just amazing. Noise Canceling if very good. As good an any I've tried including the AirPods. What I don't like: When they are not perfectly in your ear, they make a popping sound when you do anything active like jogging. They do not fit in your ear well. Seen many people complain about this and it's true. They will randomly fall out and it's a real pain... in fact, it's a deal breaker and I would return them if I could (kept them too long for return window).

Great ear buds. I have the google pixel 9 and the pixel watch 3 so ofcourse I had to get the pixel buds 2. I love the pixel product line! Sounds is great, fit is great and call quality is great!

These earbuds fit and stay in my ears much better than the original version. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't have conversation detection.

Great product. I like the A series of Google buds better for ear fatigue, but sound quality is premium.
