Thank God even with chrismas shopping on dec 24th 2025 I was running around trying to find batteries for my GoPro Max 2 last minute before my trip to Taiwan. I went to the first bestbuy where I was told that they had one left but when I got there and asked about it, they couldn't find the product so they instructed me to another location just 15 minutes away so I sprinted off and to my surprise the customer service was speedy as can be helping me find the battery pack and wishing me a good trip. Everyone was very polite to me in the process and thank yall that helped me out. Best buy is the best!!!

i had purchased an accessory kit for my Max Pro and it included batteries, but they changed the size of the batteries when they made this model.

The young man that helped me rectify this foulup (my fault) was over the top in attitude, skill, and his overall demeanor was very bright, focused and goal oriented in his career. He deserves accolades!

Convenient and durable and a great deal for all 3, love it! Just sucks they’re not compatible with the older GoPro batteries.

Simple and easy way to chare the batteries for the Max 2 camera. The ability to charge two batteries at once is great. The indicator lights on the front are a great addition to know battery power quickly.
