Q: Is it true that this game will launch with only 11 characters and have a 4 character day one DLC?
A: Yes the game launches with 11 characters but there is no day one dlc characters. Two of the four are scheduled for release in March with no given date yet, I don't recall the release date of the other two though. But one of the March dlc characters is free if the story mode is completed if I recall correctly.
Q: Does this come in japanese voices with english subs or is this the english dub?
A: It does come with Japanese voices as an option while still having English subtitles
