This upgraded base is equipped with 3 rolling wheels and a handle, which allows you to move it anywhere easily. By conveniently lifting the rod, the wheels can be ingeniously retracted into the bottom grooves of the base, preventing accidental sliding and keeping your umbrella firmly in place.
