Good rack, seller easy to contact, some issues

The bakers rack was fairly easy to put together. However, the package came with the box heavily damaged, partially torn, and the pieces inside broken or ripped open as well. The cabinet handle was broken completely and a piece of the wooden shelves chipped. I bought a replacement handle at home depot. The other issue is the interior of the box was covered in a layer of fiberglass. The fiberglass was more towards the bottom of the box, so I didn't notice right away. I wish I was kidding. I called best buy and they gave me the sellers contact information. I had to wipe everything down before putting it together, and hired a cleaner after as I have pets. When I got in contact with the seller, they offered a 75% refund if I kept the item. I was fine with that as I liked the rack. It's sturdy, looks good, and has allowed more room in my kitchen. Had to deduct two stars for the fiberglass though.
