Poor construction/defective

From the day we built the chairs the backing is slowly loosening and flopping. The chairs are barely usable now and I am afraid people will fall backwards when they try to sit on them. They look horrible, the back portion will not stay in place. I have photos of how it looks l=now. We even tried to reposition the top but it was so cheaply constructed that there is no way to secure the backing onto the frame. I need to get rid of these chairs or have them replaced because theya re defective!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
