This is a sleek looking coffee maker that operates well. The only thing I would change is that it is difficult to open the water compartment without pulling it all the way out from underneath our cabinets. I kind of wish that it had a split style cover so that we could maneuver with filling it a little more easily. It hinges in the back so we have to pull the entire unit out to be able to flip it up. The reusable filter basket is a nice feature to save on disposable coffee filters. Capacity is great. I haven't used the programmable feature, but it's nice to know that it's there if we should need it.

Beautiful coffee machine. Makes great coffee. I use the strength button and it makes the coffee stronger without needing to add more ground coffee, so I end up saving on coffee too!

Best ever on all levels! Used on strong strength and came out amazing! Easy to clean and access. Program works perfect

This is a pretty good coffee maker however, it wants to drip down the vase when I’m pouring so I got a place paper towel or something under to catch the excess coffee being spilt.
