My hand mixer has a set of beaters that have a red rubberish coating on them along with regular ones. What are the red ones used for?

How do you insert beaters? One keeps failing out.
Answered by IseofTexasI have not experienced this problem. Possibly the beaters were not aligned properly. Maybe the beaters were not fully inserted. Did they "click" into place before you turned them on?
How do you get the beaters to fit in the mixer?
