When I unpacked the machine one of the rubber stabilizer pads was missing. I called the number posted and requested a replacement pad. The answer was no -return the Unit and then order another one ( strike one) I read the directions and attempted to make spaghetti. the machine stopped midway and the code stated too much flour ( strike two). It took over 1 hour to make a pound. I can make it faster by hand. Not sure what to do now
