I like the case that comes with it so you don't lose all beaters, etc. The extra options are nice, but it's not very powerful. I use my stand mixer to make mashed potatoes because this mixer isn't up to the task.

Dough moves up beaters toward housing and stays there. Continual scraping of beaters. Never had this problem with the older model of Hamilton Beach hand mixer.

Box came torn, mixer doesn’t have tons of power but needed it so i did not return.

Great if you need something temporary and you don't mind the weird nose it makes after a while .

I was sold on the fact that you can store everything together and not be stored in several drawers. The contents from the mixer splatter everywhere while mixing.

It is OK but I do not like it as much as the $4.99 mixer I bought in college that lasted 25 years.

Purchased and returned after first use. Made a very loud whistling sound and had to fight to turn on. Not sure if I picked a defective one but won't purchase again. I did like the storage idea.
