I’m really happy with this projector so far. The picture looks good, and setting it up was pretty straightforward. I mainly use it for watching Netflix and YouTube, especially at night with the lights off, and it makes movies feel much more enjoyable on a big screen. I also like that it has Google TV built in, so I don’t have to mess around with extra devices. For the price I paid, I think it’s a great value. Overall, a nice upgrade for my home entertainment setup.

The product did not meet the standards and specifications outlined in the description. I attempted to return it within 30 days, only to discover that Best Buy would not accept the return for a full refund or store credit because the item was sold by a third-party seller through their website. Apparently, Best Buy allows only 14 days for returns on third-party purchases, which is extremely disappointing. I made numerous attempts to contact the seller to arrange a return, but they made no effort to assist me. The customer service experience was unacceptable from both Best Buy and the third-party seller. As a supposed courtesy, Best Buy offered me $40. However, I am now stuck with a $350 product that does not meet the advertised standards and is of no use to me. I expected much better from a company like Best Buy. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and it has seriously impacted my confidence in shopping through their website. Customers should not be left responsible for an expensive, unsatisfactory product because of restrictive third-party return policies and a seller’s failure to provide adequate customer service.

Projector is great. Was able to play video games and watch TV. Perfect for night outdoor use. Specially on camping trips.
